チェックインが非効率すぎて、時間が掛かり過ぎる。客室の匂いが気になる。夕食が早く終わり過ぎる。街までの交通手段が限られる。

Nous sommes vraiment désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes et tenons à nous excuser sincèrement pour la longue durée de l'enregistrement, qui a clairement été un problème, nous comprenons parfaitement votre frustration. Soyez assuré que nous allons prendre des mesures immédiates pour améliorer cette procédure et la rendre beaucoup plus rapide et efficace lors de vos prochains séjours. Nous souhaitons toujours offrir une expérience fluide à nos clients, et cet incident ne reflète pas nos standards habituels. En ce qui concerne le dîner, nous vous informons que le service au restaurant se termine à 22h. Cependant, nous restons très flexibles et, si vous avez l'intention de dîner plus tard, nous vous invitons à nous prévenir à l'avance. Nous serions ravis de préparer un plateau repas, avant la fermeture du restaurant, à consommer dans votre chambre afin de vous garantir un service agréable et sans contrainte. De plus, la réception propose une carte d'en-cas variés disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7. Concernant les transports vers la ville, nous sommes conscients que l’offre de transport public est limitée, mais nous avons veillé à vous orienter vers un taxi, qui semble avoir été votre choix à plusieurs reprises durant votre séjour. Nous faisons tout notre possible pour faciliter ces déplacements et rendre vos trajets plus simples. Cependant, nous devons vous avouer que nous sommes particulièrement surpris par certains points que vous mentionnez. En effet, ayant eu l'occasion d'échanger à plusieurs reprises avec vous au cours de votre séjour, nous n’avons pas perçu de mécontentement ni eu de retour concernant l'odeur de la chambre, notre équipe ou tout autre problème. Si nous avions été informés, nous aurions pu, par exemple, vous proposer de changer de chambre ou trouver une solution rapidement, comme nous avons l'habitude de le faire pour tout nos clients. I was given a room at check in. There was a humming noise in the room. Staff member told me she would report it technician the next day. I said that wouldn’t help me because I would not be able to sleep with noise. Was moved to a room in the exact position on the second floor. Noise was worse here. I didn’t sleep. Paid just under €73 for a sleepless night. Air conditioner/ heating didn’t work in either room

way over priced for these rooms. area is ghetto and there is nothing within walking distance. walking around Hotel area is dangerous because of traffic. they charged 139 euros - wow! it is in an industrial/business area - sad and boring. you can hear everything in hallways - so if someone gets up early they will most likely wake you. beds are terrible/uncomfortable. Bring your own stars.

Stayed here several times due to work, has always been great. Sadly no ac working and now restaurant closed for refurbishment. So mainly cold food or sandwiches. No advance notice and have been travelling since 0400 and too tired to find somewhere else. They also no charge for parking! Reception checkin process all very casual now. Shame won’t return again.
