Very helpful receptionists Hind and Yassine that helped with problems with the room. There were quite a few issues related to the room (e.g. room card, sink, safe box). Location is very accessible, just a short walk from the train station, and close to broad street which has many shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

Thank you to Marissa Hinds for her excellent service and welcoming me to the hotel. All the staff are lovely The executive room was nice. Next time I'm in reading I will try the breakfast option. So close to the station, the oracle and city centre

Great place to stay if travelling by train

An overnight stay to wait for the train the next day. Located an easy three minute walk from the railway station. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was good. Unfortunately a late arrival and early departure meant we did not experience the other hotel dining and leisure facilities, maybe next time.

I recently traveled from Sydney to London, a 24-hour journey that left me utterly exhausted. Upon arriving at the hotel early in the morning, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, John and Judy. Despite the standard check-in time being 2 PM, they went above and beyond to make me comfortable. After consulting with their manager, Toni, they arranged for me to check in at 6:50 AM. This thoughtful gesture allowed me to enjoy a hot shower and relax after such a long trip. Their kindness and professionalism turned a rainy, windy London morning into a truly wonderful start to my stay. Thank you, John, Judy, and Toni, for your outstanding service! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

Friendly greetings at the reception. Thank you to Tori Salima for checking us in with a special upgrade, though we were checking in early. We enjoyed the pool and facilities. Spacious room, very clean and fresh. We had plenty of space, with towels and beverages Nice NYE stay for us!
