We arrived after a long journey and not feeling well to a cancelled room as a no show, even though I wrote 3 times advising that I had to stay in another hotel the first night due to sickness. Couldn’t get any sort of refund or voucher which is understandable as it wasn’t a changeable booking l, but being a loyalty I would’ve hoped for some understanding. Then after a long wait we finally got two rooms, but really bad smell of cigarette smoke!
