Three times I tried to change my separated rooms. But on the reception everybody don't know anything... "We will call you...", "Maybe tomorrow...", "manager is absent" and so on. So, as the family we lived in 153 and 152 which is not even near... We should run between rooms the whole vacation.

It sure looks like there were some major flaws within our reservations department including the check-in procedures. Sorry to also learn that our service was less than satisfactory. Расположение отеля рядом с вокзалом Westbahnhof очень удобно для выездов в другие города, для позднего заезда и раннего отъезда. Номер удобный, бельё чистое. Знали, что номер без кондиционера, холодильника, чайника и сейфа. Что удивило: мы дважды просили, чтобы нас разбудили в три часа утра и сотрудники круглосуточной стойки регистрации дважды это записали (и днём, и в ночную смену). И хотя эта услуга заявлена на сайте отеля, никто нам не позвонил и не разбудил. Так что надеяться можно только на будильник в телефоне.
