Отель расположен в непосредственный близости к вокзалу Westbahnhof, что очень удобно для путешествий по железной дороге. Отель полностью соответствует рейтингу 4 звезды - номер уютный, кровати удобные, спать очень комфортно. Есть все необходимое - холодильник, кондиционер, сейф, дополнительная приятная мелочь - мягкие тапочки. В ванной есть даже увеличивающее зеркало - что очень удобно для женщин при нанесении макияжа. В общем мы всем довольны и отель однозначно рекомендуем.

Приятная атмосфера и персонал, в номере тихо и уютно. Из мінусов: постоянно розмагничивался ключ от номера. неудобний заезд на парковку.

Three times I tried to change my separated rooms. But on the reception everybody don't know anything... "We will call you...", "Maybe tomorrow...", "manager is absent" and so on. So, as the family we lived in 153 and 152 which is not even near... We should run between rooms the whole vacation.

It sure looks like there were some major flaws within our reservations department including the check-in procedures. Sorry to also learn that our service was less than satisfactory.
