My wife and I had lunch today at the restaurant of the Sofitel Hotel. You have the option to sit outside facing the beautiful Nile River. Ahmed A, Megeed was our server at the restaurant of the Sofitel Hotel. Ahmed gathers a rare combination of politeness; promptness; effectiveness and being pleasant. He is very professional! Two thumbs up to Ahmed.

Very nice location and friendly staffs I am not satisfied about cleaning system especially rooms and changing towels and sheets Special thanks for waiter Mohammed kamal in the restaurant he was very expertise man and friendly Room service should be better No taps in the toilet’s Suitable prices at general Security very active and friendly

The best lounge in town I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the outstanding staff of the club lounge of Sofitel El Gezira at the 16th floor. Wide smiles, experience, cleanliness, outstanding service and positive attitude. I would like to thank in particular the 3 staff members and the chef who served us today the 5th of May 2024 from 4 pm till 10 pm. Highly recommended. Counselor/ Hossam Negm
