The parking has a great access to the hotel. The breakfast was good. The air conditioning works well, as the TV. There's not a good view because of where it's located. Some of the employees didn't seem happy to be there, but it was alright. The water is drinkable.

Very conveniently located next to the train station and only a short walk from the historical city centre. Room large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom large and clean. Some staff super friendly, some a bit less warm but all polite and professional. Really appreciated the dairy free yogurt at breakfast, the rest was a standard buffet with plenty of choice.

Był to nasz pierwszy pobyt w tym obiekcie, bardzo udany. Hotel oferuje wygodne pokoje i bardzo dobre śniadania. Jest położony w samym centrum. Jego dodatkowym atutem jest duży garaż. Obiekt zdecydowanie godny polecenia.

I am giving this hotel a 5/5 against what you would expect from an Ibis brand hotel. I selected this hotel because of its location right on top of the train station. I had a non-negotiable 8:40 AM departure time from Innsbruck to get to my return flight in Munich. Check-in was smooth and the staff were kind. Rooms are basic but nevertheless comfortable. I arrived after a 5-day/4-night hut-to-hut hiking trip and was too tired to go anywhere that first night. I loved that I never had to go outside and could just take the elevator down to the train station to buy fruit from the supermarket and grab takeout from the eateries. Although the hotel is located on top of the train station, I didn't hear any noise with the windows closed. Hotel is walking distance to the Old Town, so tourist attractions are still within reach. Overall, I recommend this hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

Hazmat is the man!

The staff were very nice. I'd like to commend Hazmat for keeping my credit cards safe when I left them in the room by mistake after checkout, and Vanessa for returning them. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent as it's right outside the main train station.
