We arrived without a booking. We were helped by a friendly receptionist. The room was large with a king size bed comfortable and good quality bedding. It had WiFi tv and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. We were given a free welcome voucher for a drink at the bar.

During our 1 week Interatil trip we found that this hotel has the best beds. The staff were great and the breakfast superb. You can't get closer to the main railway station (good for early starts). Also, an easy and pleasant walk to the centre of the city and its attactions.

I stayed here one night on 06/02/2025. The hotel is a 3 star at best, but it was comfortable and quiet. It is directly across the street from the central train station, so it is very convenient. More than that though was the professional, kind and helpful staff. I want to send a shout out to Melanie for assisting us with directions, restaurants, and other sightseeing opportunities in Innsbruck. She was GREAT and I rate her 5+ stars. She is a credit to the Accor Family of hotels. Melanie, thank you sooo much! You are a wonderful woman and you were so helpful in many ways.

I had a very disappointing experience at Ibis Innsbruck. There is an elderly lady at the front desk who was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. When I asked for my room invoice, she made an error with the gender information. I requested her to correct it, but she refused, blamed me for the mistake, and showed no willingness to apologize. Her attitude was arrogant and dismissive. Things got even more frustrating when she suddenly switched to speaking German, making it difficult for me to understand. Fortunately, another receptionist named Kevin stepped in, contacted the manager, and finally resolved the issue after 3 hours. I appreciate Kevin's professionalism, but the situation left a very bad impression. Even after fixing the mistake, the elderly lady continued to be confrontational, insisting loudly that I must return the incorrect invoice right now, accusing me of potentially trying to get double reimbursement. This nasty assumption was humiliating and offensive. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior at a front desk before. I truly think that the management team, especially Marc Rene Caesar, should reconsider whether she is qualified for this role. It honestly makes me wonder if she was ever properly trained as a receptionist. This experience was far below the standards I expect from Accor Hotels. Her unprofessional, rude and arrogant behavior has truly left a stain on the beauty of Innsbruck.

JetSet_Glamour Solo travel - TripAdvisor 인증 리뷰

Functional hotel directly next to busy main train station. Bus from the airport also stops just opposite. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and a relaxed atmosphere. Bar available next to reception. No complaints or issues. Only area of feedback would be to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There was a communal kettle near reception but only tea was available Good location and just a few minutes walk to the charming old town.
