Dear Mr. S., we apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your stay. We take guest feedback seriously and will address the issues raised to ensure a more comfortable experience for all guests. I will like to add we have 24hrs reception and maintenance staffs in the hotel and if only you had brought any of this to the staff attention it would have been fixed immediately. We had other non-accessible rooms on this day and would have easily changed your room. Secondly, we do have heat extraction in all our bathrooms, our extractors do not make noise as you might be use to. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
