Hi. I’m loved the Ibis hotel range. But this Graz Budget need to be improve. The floor quite dirty. Heater not functioning well. The bed and pillow quite good. The floor security need to be improved. A lot of people can enter the building at night.

Very poor hotel. Reception closed at 19:00. No access to anybody. Very cold room, no heating. We were freezing. Not enough blanket. Never again! Against other ibis hotels the worst one of all. Not recommend

Dear Szimi, Thank you for your review. We're sorry you had trouble with reception and heating. It is staffed until 10pm, however it may be that you arrived during our receptionist's break time or that they were busy with a task that took them away from reception. For these eventualities there is a call button located conveniently near the entrance. You may also request an additional blanket at reception. We hope you had a nice stay regardless. I was passing nearby the city and needed something budget just to go through the night. I went to this hotel and at the reception a woman just didn't want to accept us. *We don't have rooms* even though there were rooms if you looked online.

The hotel was dirty in every floor, since the entrance. All the corridors were dirty and most impressive, our room was with at least one month of dust. We had to clean our beds frame before even try to sleep. The front desk is run by a teenager who could not handle all requests. Also, the front desk was closed in many occasions, so you do not have anyone to complain to. A total lack of MANAGEMENT!!

Dear Johann B, thank you for reviewing your stay! We are so sorry that your room was not clean and we made several serious mistakes during the cleaning. We do apologize for all inconveniences that caused you! For your comfort in the future - between 11:00 and 17:00 and 22:00 and 06:30 next morning, when reception is not open, there are 2 emergency buttons directly at the entrance. This will connect you 24/7 with a colleague who can arrange a quick room change - or at least note your complain for me to take care about it next morning. We kindly inform you that all our colleagues are grown up and trained to handle all requests we think are expectable at a 2 star budget hotel. However sometimes all of us are surprised by a question we were not prepared to - and/or do not have the resources to handle it in acceptable speed in that moment. staff was unfriendly and rude, the floors are dirty and filthy, the worst mattress I ever slept on, NEVER AGAIN. Usually even ibis BUDGET hotels have a certain standard, this one clearly hasn't. Noisy neighbourhood, located next to a dormitory.
