I am sorry to hear that your stay did not live up to your expectations, especially after having had good experiences with Accord - Ibis hotels in Europe. It is unfortunate that the location and amenities did not meet your needs. Your feedback on the "Greet" theme and the missing amenities, such as the hairdryer in the room (available at the reception), is very valuable.
