Greet Hotel Paris Nord 18ème 2 Sterne

Don't recommend this hotel. It was in a very dodgy area. The hotel had a lot of groups of lots of young students who were very loud. The roads are very loud too but the windows block a lot of the noise which is good. Seemed to be a lot of sirens outside though which the windows didn't block. I was with my boyfriend so I felt safe in the area but if I were alone or with other girls then I wouldn't have felt safe leaving the hotel. Find somewhere else. Also, it's 3 euro to store each bag!!

Das gebuchte Zimmer wurde für unseren Busfahrer gebucht. Da es online nicht die Möglichkeit gab, einen früheren Check-In auszuwählen, schrieb ich eine E-Mail (so wie man es mir am Telefon sagte). Scheinbar wurde diese E-Mail nicht beachtet, da unser Busfahrer (nach 7 Stunden Anreise) um 12 Uhr einchecken wollte und dies nicht möglich war, da das Zimmer angeblich noch belegt war. Nach hin-und her telefonieren war es dann doch möglich einzuchecken. Es wäre schön, wenn das Buchungsportal etwas flexibler wäre und die Informationen/ Wünsche entsprechend weitergegeben oder hinterlegt werden.

Where to start…First off it’s not technically in Paris, it’s just outside in a “suburb” called saint-Dennis and a quick google will tell you that place is not where you wanna be, the hotel is right next to where the homeless sleep and we witnessed a woman get beat up but some of them, it was scary going back there after dark, which we had to do because the it’s about an hour tube ride to the better areas by the attractions As for the room it can only be described as a prison cell over looking a derelict building, the toilet is a box room barely room to move, shower was okay but again very small and the room just gave off prison cell vibes as it’s tiny and all grey The staff seemed very nice at the front desk however so it’s not a moan towards them and the bakery next door sell some lovely pastries but the area is absolute awful, full of crime, drugs physical seen being used and very very dirty - Would never recommend this place to anyone unfortunately

Booked here for a 3 night stay, 1st time in Paris. Yes it's a budget hotel, on the side of a high way, next to a building site & where the homeless sleep under the bridge. Was never approached or felt threatened but we did only stay 1 night. Room was small & the fact my partner is 6ft4 18 stone, he might as well of been in a single bed, he didn't quite fit in the coffin size shower room & barely fitted in the box toilet. After a sleepless night & wearing shoes to go to the toilet during the night, we checked out & went closer to the centre for the 2 remaining nights. Staff were friendly & there a bakery next door that we got breakfast from so we can't comment on the food. Of I ever went back to Paris, I would not stay here again.
