Extremely bad experience. Bad service and impolite receptionist except Helena. Arrogant, no help even for a handicaped old men. Anef paid for a week and today the owner jean luc ask me to leave the hotel. I am leaving now. No assistance for carrying my luggage. I asked Fatima receptionist to heat me my pizza. She refused as busy with friends smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee. Overall rating 0. Avoid this hotel Francois Karamaoun Hotel owner

+ Location; nearby route du soleil, fast food and supermarkets nearby + Friendly staff, even late in the evening + English speaking staff + Decent unlimited breakfast + Properly working wifi + Affordable - Airconditioning on my room didn't seem to work - Sink too low for (taller) adults - Noise from trucks on the N7 nearby if you have a room at the front of the hotel - Wouldn't recommend for any longer than 1 night, don't expect too much

We stayed here while traveling to the South of France. The hotel is a simple budget hotel but the rooms are great. Your own shower and toilet which is dat better that most budget hotels. The rooms are clean, the beds are hard but okay for 1 night and there is even a tv. (just French chanels) There is gated parking and a reception. All in all a more then okay stay for us. We pre-booked the hotel with breakfast included. The breakfast was simple but fine. Choice in Bread/croissants, yoghurt, coffee, tea, fruit...all fresh more then okay! Most of this stay was positive, however there were negatives aswell. The window could be opened but didn't have a system in which you could partly open it. Biggest negative was the road. We had our window above the reception, but that side had the N7 running passed the hotel. The noice of the road was really loud. Other then that a good hotel especially with this price in mind!
