Really don't know what to say, there was no air conditioning it was boiling breakfast was basic but the worse part was we got lost walking back from the old town and ended up in the red light district which was a row of white vans with pros hanging round the outside waiting for business only to find the hotel at the bottom of that road shocked is an understatement and something I really didn't want to see, if you having children please do not book her dreadful.

Stayed for 2 nights (2 adults & 1 kid) Positives: Clean hotel - To be expected from any Ibis Budget Helpful staff - To be expected from any Ibis Budget Basic amenities - microwave at reception / cold drinking water (may not be complementary but staff let us refill our bottles) Ample car parking - We didn't use since we were not driving McDonalds next door - Helpful only if you are a McD person which I am not!!! Negatives: Rooms are not air conditioned - not sure if that is the case with all Ibis budget hotels but it could get uncomfortable in June nights Location is kind of secluded - can be slightly scary to go out after dark (especially with family) Not too many restaurants (except McD ofcourse), bars, supermarkets nearby Metro station is a good 800-900 mt away so can get tedious if you plan to walk to metro station multiple times a day

We booked a triple bedroom and the single room was not done. We had to go downstairs to reception to get the sheets when we arrived to the room late in the evening. On top of this the room was besides a service room that had running water all night.

Hotel is in walk distance of metro (10-15 min), the quality of service is adequate to the price. The problem could be nowadays with arrival to the hotel because of actual reconstruction of the road going directly to it - without Waze in our smartphone we hardly could find the right way to the hotel. Not very pleasant was also cruising of many prostitutes on the roads around the hotel, when we were coming there in the late evening. But with our one night stay there we were finally satisfied.

Firstly the hotel - typical budget IBIS, room small and tight, capsule shower (really good shower pressure though). Suited us as a two minute walk to clients offices. Staff allowed us to stay on and work from the hotel even after checking out, and staff were generally friendly and helpful. Nice enough breakfast for €6.50! Next the surrounding area - wow, hadn’t checked out the hotel on TripAdvisor and didn’t realise it was in the middle of a mobile brothel set up in the evenings. 50+ white vans with scanty clad prostitutes and their rough looking minders. Quite intimidating as you need to walk by them to get to the nearest bar, Ninkasi. The bar is worth visiting, own brews and music, but the walk up and back was a bit different!
