O padrão do serviço está caindo drasticamente !

NÃO aceito pedido de desculpas padronizadas do tipo "cola e copia", solicito sim que medidas sejam implementadas o mais rápido possível. Toda vez que estou em Macaé dou preferência por fica no Ibis, entretanto, tem muita coisa que precisa ser melhorada no hotel em comparação com outros da mesma marca. O padrão do hotel Ibis Macaé está caindo drasticamente ! Acredito que não seja a maioria dos quartos do Ibis Macaé, mas o 662 precisa de uma reforma URGENTE ! O piso do chão está todo soltando... piso esse que é colado. Está feio ! Ponto mencionar: Lembrando que essa unidade do Ibis ainda possui o mobiliário e decoração antiga da 1º versão dos quartos, NÃO é o atual modelo encontrado em outras unidades. Outro ponto que precisa melhorar URGENTE é o enxoval está muito ruim e desgastado, principalmente às fronhas, a colcha (cobertor) é usada desde 2014, ou seja, 10 anos de uso está bem velhinha, desgastada... parece que não passa por uma lavagem, pois não tem NENHUM cheiro que foi lavada e ausência do cheiro de amaciante. O cheiro é de mofo. Outra observação: As camareiras NÃO trocam a capa de proteção dos travesseiros, os meus do 662 estavam todos machados com marcas de baba, gosma de outros hóspedes, marcas essas antigas... Isso é uma vergonha para o padrão da rede e falta de uma descente higienização. Sugestão: Como viajo muito e fico hospedado nos hotéis da Accor e principalmente nos Ibis, muitos hotéis da marca Ibis tem oferecido serviços adicionais cortesias em seus apart. para clientes ELITE ALL, com status Gold e Platinum, chegam até colocar um um andar inteiro exclusivo para esses clientes fidelizados, disponibilizando nos quartos: cafeteira com café em cápsula, frigobar abastecido diariamente com 2 cervejas, 2 águas, 2 refrigerantes entre outros mimos... seria uma sugestão para melhorar o serviço e oferecendo aos clientes ALL um diferencial no Ibis Macaé, em seus serviços mesmo sendo um hotel da Accor de 3 estrelas. Estou a disposição para qualquer esclarecimentos e contribuir com sugestões para melhoria dos serviços oferecidos pelo hotel .

Good facilities, perfect cleanliness, great breakfast. I spent a weekend in Macaé, without worries, in a pleasant stay. Perfect hydraulic installations, air conditioning, television and minibar working perfectly.

Great location, awesome staff and cozy facilities. Fir sure it’s the best option if you are staying in Macaé. Their restaurant offers meals (I had dinner and it was great) served as buffet and also very good breakfast.

The hotel was remodeled and is much nicer now. The breakfast was very good. The girl at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for the price paid. We will stay there again the next time we are in Macae.

im Ibis Hotel gibt es ueberall auf der Welt den gleichen Qualitaetsstandard. wer sich mit (max.) Mittelklasse zufrieden gibt, ist hier richtig. das Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis ist gut, es gibt viele wesentlich teuere Hotels, die sich bei der Qualitaet nicht abheben. nicht weit zum Strand, der allerdings keine Strandbars hat. ebenso gibt es keine Liege und Sonnenschirme zu mieten.
