A pleasant and good-quality hotel with helpful staff. A very good hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile for you as a guest. Staying there with a dog is no problem at all—on the contrary, it’s a completely positive experience. The hotel is lovely, with good rooms, a nice pool area, a charming courtyard, and it’s located close to the city as well as beautiful parks where you can walk your dog. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, doing everything they can to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

At the hotel I had a technical problem. I asked at reception for some help. The young person could not help. Juan overheard my request. He offered to help. He was so patient and helpful. He fixed everything for me. Huge thanks to Juan. And I had a lovely 2 day stay at ibis granada 🤗🙂

Situated about 50mins walk from the centre of the city, this budget hotel gave us a comprehensive welcome. Our room was very basic but functional; everything worked. But there’s no fridge, or safe, or amenities like that. There is a small rooftop pool and sun patio, which is nice. Breakfast looked very basic so we didn’t try that, but the food that was brought out from the kitchen for evening meals looked tasty. You can pay for private parking but there’s plenty of street parking outside. We got what we paid for, thank you.

Exceeded my expectations with the practical rooms , pool , deck, restaurant, value for money , location, vending machine , outlets nearby and Carrefour. Above all great caring efficient service by the Team , especially Ms Cotty. Did not expect that .
