Lovely stay at the chalets in the woods, wonderful hospitality. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast too Special mentions; Luke at the front desk, Simon in the restaurant, Rajat Sharma (General Manager) was very welcoming and helpful too.

From the friendly staff to the brilliant location in the forest, this stay was one of our trip highlights. Loved the heated pool, the sauna, and the hot tub. But the staff were the highlight - super friendly and helpful.

Another reasonably enjoyable stay thanks! However, you should advise guests when checking -in how the room service works ie. our rooms never got serviced over 2x nights stay, however clean towells were left outside the door? Also the food was very average & somewhat disappointing ie. breakfast & dinner! This should be of a better standard overall for this establishment & considered prices as charged!!
