They know how to stay professional at all times even when things turn out a bit unexpected. Truly excellent rooms, personalised to everyone. Next competitor is the Ritz-Carlton Hotel next door. I love the Sofitel!

What a fun time we had. It was great to get away and be able to enjoy the downtown core. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved my stay there and have plans to return in the near future. Nice location and the restaurant is great too.

Good stay and appreciated very much making the reservation with in-house agent Josiane Okuka. She tended to my requests so that my stay could be uninterrupted with service requests. Only recurring glitch are the bathrobes. Great service from house valet Oscar who found me a men's large; the suite only had women's medium! Same issue I had at the Sofitel in Luxemburg where they could not find anything bigger than a women's medium that would not even have fit some of staff! But Sofitel Berlin always has the right size and SO thankful that Montreal could find a fit! They were able to accommodate the fit on the stay after this one, too. I'm not an overly big man, but want a comfortable bathrobe fit Missed the usual extra chair in the suite, but should have called to ask about it. Restaurant maitre d' was supurb (from the Netherlands) and waiter Thomas and others great (had all my meals in the restaurant). Looking forward do dining there again despite the rather limited menu. I'll be staying there again shortly and look forward to the stay. Also, ACCOR seems to have a good COVID-19 policy running (although I miss room service!)

In these difficult times, the Sofitel Montreal finds a way to keep everyone safe while never sacrificing the elite service that keeps me coming back! It also helps that they have the most comfortable beds in Montreal.

Nice room, amenities, location, staff... everything was perfect. The floor in the bathroom was a bit cold (Marble) but they do provide slippers so not an issue. Very quiet on the floors so got a great night of sleep. Comfy bed and pillows.

This is the second time we've stayed at Sofitel. The experience was super. Front desk, concierge, parking attendants were all very welcoming and attentive. We stayed from Thursday 12.26 - Monday 12.30. Renoir restaurant was 4 star as was the bar area. Will definitely be returing.

As soon as our car arrived, the Bellman was outside to pick up our luggage. The person at the desk, Michal, was extremely friendly. Our room would not be ready for an hour. Michal arranged for our luggage to be in our room as soon as it was ready and encouraged us to take a walk which we did. The location of the hotel is in the center of Montreal. So much to see! We were gone a few hours. Upon our return, our luggage was neatly placed in our room. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very well decorated and very clean. The service and food in Renoir, the restaurant is exceptional. The Best of the Best!

Everything was just perfect! We stay here every time we come to Montreal. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Even the gym is immaculate. The service is superb! We highly recommend staying here for any occasion.

Hotel does not provide courtesy coffee in lobby..it was always out and only available for short time in the AM..I would ask for coffee dispenser to be refilled and an employee would say ok but new coffee would not arrive..also billed itself as pet friendly but there was nowhere to walk dog or take pet out to go to the bathroom !!

Everybody at the concierge desk would whip out a map and carefully plan out the day in detail and with all the insight they could provide. Housekeeping was right on time and ready to provide anything we needed during out stay. The front desk didn't blink when I said my wife and I are allergic to down feathers and sent housekeeping to change the ENTIRE bedding. Nearly anything worth doing or seeing in Montreal is a short walk or ride away, but there is a lot of street construction going on.

We have stayed at Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile many times. The staff, ambience and location are consistently at the highest level. The kitchen has had its ups and downs; currently, they are in an "up" phase. The variety, preparation, presentation and tastes are all excellent. An added plus is that the kitchen staff are willing to accommodate special requests. We look forward to our next stay!

visit was nice, room was well decorated and comfortable, breakfast and brunch are not worth the price, parking is although by valet but was not stated in the website also there was no availability for late check out which was a pity

With a professional, welcoming staff and stylish rooms the Sofitel is the place to stay in Montreal. Breakfast in Renior, the lovely, art filled restaurant is an exceptional experience with excellent food and service.The location lets you walk to two of the best museums in the city, and it is conveniently two blocks from the Metro.

We love the hotel other than the fitness area is the worst I have ever experienced in a premium hotel. It is far to small and limited space for more than one person to stretch or use weights. The aerobic equipment is also inadequate to support enough users. I rate this a 1 or below and this impacts future decisions to stay in this hotel.
