NOS COSTO MÁS DE 20 MINUTOS PODER ACCEDER AL PARKING DEL COCHE, PREGUNTAMOS VARIAS VECES Y LA RESPUESTA SIEMPRE ERA LA MISMA: "TIENEN QUE BAJAR POR EL ASCENSOR"...EL ASCENSOR NO FUNCIONABA Y DESPUES DE MUCHÍSIMAS VUELTAS NOS DIMOS CUENTA QUE ESTABA EN UNA PLANTA SIN MOVERSE. LAS HABITACIONES CUMPLIAN SU FUNCIÓN PERO LOS COLCHONES ESTABAN EN MUY MAL ESTADO, LITERALMENTE TE HUNDIAS DENTRO. POR TODOS LOS PASILLOS, RECEPCIÓN, ASCENSOR ( PARA SUBIR A LAS HABITACIONES, QUE ES DIFERENTE AL DEL PARKING QUE NO FUNCIONABA ) HABÍA UN OLOR MUY FUERTE A MARIHUANA. SOLO DESTACO QUE ALQUILAMOS UN COCHE Y EL HOTEL ESTABA BASTANTE CERCA YENDO EN EL COCHE. SIN DUDA NO VOLVERÍA A ESE HOTEL.

Llegamos y para registrar el coche ya fue una odisea, porque nadie nos dijo que hubiera que hacerlo, solo que por ser huéspedes podíamos dejarlo en el parking, fue otro huésped en el ascensor quien nos informó, así que tuvimos que volver. Cuando hicimos el checkin por la tarde y nos explicó el check out, le dije que dejaríamos el hotel pronto que teníamos que viajar y su respuesta fue "ok, it's irrelevant, you have to leave before 11, I didn't say anything about earlier...". Yo informaba por si eso podía ser un problema, pero el problema era él, en general. En la habitación hacia más frío que en la calle, y teniendo en cuenta que había 4º en la calle, es decir mucho. Cuando informamos a recepción de que nuestra calefacción no funcionaba y que solo salía aire frío su respuesta fue "prueba a jugar con todos los botones hasta que funcione"... cuando volví para decir que "sorprendentemente" no había funcionado y ese baño era como ducharse en el río, me dijo que no podían hacer nada, que no sabían cual era el problema. Ni calefacción decente ni mantas extras. Personal incompetente donde los haya.

La habitación es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario y es cómoda. Pero les falta un poco más de limpieza y añadir algún servicio como el tener un microondas para poder calentarte algo.
