However, we are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the shuttle service upon your arrival. We have carefully investigated your comments with our transfer partner, and we confirmed that there was indeed a delay due to the high number of arrivals managed during that time. We sincerely apologize for the long waiting time, especially considering the hot weather conditions and the inconvenience caused while waiting outside. We would also like to apologize for the driver’s attitude during the pick-up. Such behavior is not acceptable and does not reflect the level of courtesy and professionalism we expect from our service partners.
