I stay regularly when l visit my Son..the rooms are great, shower is great. But the breakfast is too expensive, l am gluten intolerant, and not a big breakfast eater, so gluten free toast and jam and a coffee at £12 , is a bit steep..A good job there are other coffee shops around the city that offer more variety.
