Dear Mrs JAMES, Thanks a lot for your review on our hotel. We are really happy to read that you enjoyed your stay and particularly appreciated the buffet breakfast we serve; we like to offer a variety of products in the morning and enjoy pleasing all the tastes of our customers. Concerning the dinner you did not enjoy as much; we are deeply sorry it was not as enjoyable as you would have liked it to be. Indeed, on Fridays, we tend not to have all the items of our menu since the restaurant closes all weekend. The fish you had chosen was a tataki so it was not meant to be fully cooked explaining why it was raw in the center part but concerning the steak we sincerely apologize and we'll do our best so that it doesn't happen again. We hope you'll come back to our hotel if you ever come again to Brittany. All the best, Pauline - Front Desk Receptionist.
