Pessimo hotel,sconsigliato agli italiani.Al mattino a colazione non c'è ne acqua fresca e neppure succhi di frutta,arancia etc e brioches inesistenti. Gli asciugamani non li cambiano neppure se glielo chiedi,il frigo in camera non c'è,la ventola di aerazione del bagno non funziona così come l'unica presa esistente mentre quelle in camera sono tutte raso terra...un disastro!! Se potete scegliete altro!!

Contrary to the modern and clean rooms advertised online and in the hotel lobby the rooms seem to have last been updated in the 1930s with decor that gave my elderly mother in law flashbacks of her early childhood. The internet is so impressively awful it might as well not have been installed, I have experienced a more reliable connection in the heart of the amazon rainforest. It makes no sense at all that it should be so abysmal here. We were absolutely appalled when the housekeeper walked into our room while we were barely dressed and woke us up from our sleep to babble something in polish standing in the middle of our room as if we’d invited her in. She would not leave despite our obvious displeasure with the bold intrusion. We were shocked that a human being could be so blatantly rude. The only bearable part of our stay was the lack of polish guests being mostly comprised of Germans. You might think “surely the beautiful restaurant is worth the visit?” you would be wrong. we made a small order that included a Prosciutto pizza which when delivered did not include any prosciutto! As well as several other toppings. As the only customers at the time we were confused how an order could be so badly handled. Overall if you’re expecting a pleasant stay look somewhere else something is very strange about this location.

Es war alles Super, das Hotel ist sehr gut, wir waren schon das 3. mal im Hotel Mercure Jelenia Gora, die Zimmersind schön und neu gemacht, das Schwimmbad und Sauna sind Top.

In dem Hotel hat man das Gefühl die Zeit ist stehen geblieben. Es erinnert an ein Interhotel zur zeit des Kommunismus. Das Personal ist der zeit angepasst. Die Zimmer sind alt aber sauber. Das Hotel hat auch ein Schwimmbad. Das Essen im Hotel ist gut und schmackhaft . Die Kellner sind noch aus der Zeit des kalten Krieges was auch einen gewissen Charme hat. Ab und an kam auch mal ein lächeln 😉 Alles im allem würden wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Es wird auch zur zeit renoviert

Da ich schon öfters in diesem Hotel geschlafen habe, habe ich dieses Hotel ausgesucht zum Übernachten. Da im Internet auf jeder Seite alle Zimmer Kategorien frei waren, habe ich gedacht das ich kein Zimmer Reservieren muss. Ich bin in der nacht vom 6. auf den 7. um halb eins angekommen. Der Herr mit den Dunklen Haaren war super unfreundlich und hat mich direkt wieder raus geschickt, und mir gesagt es gäbe keine Zimmer das ich auf dem Camping Platz schlafen soll! Dieses verhalten und Desinteresse grade von einem Accor Hotel wo ich selbst Jahre lang gearbeitet habe ist nicht akzeptabel. Wenn man keine lust hat mit menschen zu arbeiten sollte man doch lieber den Job wechseln. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht das man so mit Kunden umgeht weil man beim nichts tun gestört wird. Nie wieder Mercure Jelenia Gora! Gut das es andere Hotels gibt die Gäste mit Kuss Händen aufnehmen und die ihren Job lieben! Schade!
