Stayed here one night. Arrived late (21:30) and restaurant was still open which was fabulous. Rooms very nice. Hotel staff very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again. We also used a meeting room in the morning that was very nicely set out for us.

Overall a fantastic location and comfy big bed - in a short sentence: a great place to stay. The panoramic pictures of Lublin make the hotel even more special - I really enjoyed being their guest. Would recommend this place without a doubt.

On arrival I asked reception where we could have dinner. Answer: In our restaurant or in the Old Town .After a few drinks in our room we went downstairs to the restaurant. There the restaurantmanager told us that the restaurant has been reserved for a dinner of a symposium and that we could only eat something at the bar. The bar was crowded with drunken and yelling Swedish people-dinner at the bar was a nightmare. If reception is not aware what is going on in the hotel-please do not give any advise!! A bad experience!

A good hotel, with very friendly staff. Room was fine, with well-equipped bathroom. We had breakfast in hotel and this was very good. Location is pretty good, with just a gentle walk to the old town centre, which is very nice.

Except for really archaic lifts, everything is up to scratch. Rooms well maintained, breakfast - more than satisfactory. No problem with parking space (payable extra), location also OK. Very warm and friendly staff. Comfortable and good size bed, a bit of traffic noise, but not obtrusive.

A very nice Hotel, a nice localization. Room very nice design, restaurant with a good menu, fast snacks, hot meals. Breakfast with a lot o variety...big assortment. Security parking in front of Hotel. Service very good. With a gym, unfortunately I didn't try it, because as too late to practise exercise. I recommend. In this hotel I already stayed more than 20 times. Best Regards

Very good hotel for family travel with child. Good hotel stuff. Good breakfast. A lot of places for secured car parking near hotel. Hotel near historic center of city. Good for walking and resting....

The hotel is not far from the Los city 3km walk .beuatiful gardens across the road from it. The dining area ,bar and lobby are very modern and clean.nice balcony and sitting area out side. We had two rooms ,the regular dubeal bed was nice modern .the suit that was on first floor was spaces but undated it was a disabled one which we didn't need .could do with a modernisation .all keys are regular keys ,something we didn't see in a long time . Breakfast was very good.the bear in the bar was the most expansive we had in all our stay in Poland .

Room was just old. Beds were sunken and very uncomfortable. The only light sources were lamps, no high lighting. Renovated bathroom was the best part of the room, without a doubt. Slow internet was connection with permanent disruptions. Deceptive reception staff - I had got twin room and asked for change to double one (were available online). Receptionist told that it's impossible, claiming that there are no vacant rooms, and if I really want to have double room I have to pay extra charge to get upgrade to superior room. Housekeeping service is the best advantage of the hotel. Room was outstandingly clean. Good location, in walking distance to the Old Town and good restaurants. Unluckily, it's the worst Mercure hotel I've ever been.

Small and very cold rooms, clean but uncomfort, wardrobe without any shelves. We were there with our child and there was seriously no place to move in the room. The temperature outside was 5 Celsius degree and there was really cold in the room. The restaurant was a nigthmare - very old-fashioned, the waiter could remember simple order for 3 people, no children menu so our daughter get disgusting omelette. Food was simple heated in the microwave owen and portions was ridiculously small for this price. This hotel doesn't deserved three stars status and the prices are definitly too high.

Stayed at this hotel last week for 2 nights and it was ok but nothing special. The room we had felt very dated and in need of modernisation and was also one of the smallest rooms I've had in a hotel. The communal areas of the hotel were very fresh and modern which is why the rooms were a disappointment. The staff were all fine and friendly enough but apart from a couple of sofas in reception there is nowhere to really relax if you want to be out of your room and the bar area is tiny and feels almost claustrophobic. The location is also a little off the mark as for a hotel advertised as 'centrum' i expected it pretty much to be within 5 mins or so walk of the town centre which it isn't and for anyone not fit and healthy for a decent walk then you would need a bus/cab to get into the town. Overall though we had a decent stay and the cleanliness of the room was good and breakfast was as expected but it was just let down by the size/datedness of the rooms and the out of town centre location.

We were in a rental car and we found it easy to get a park just outside this hotel. Otherwise you pay for parking which is provided. It is within walking distance of a large shopping centre and opposite a nice park. You can walk to most of tge old town fairly easily and we even walked to the castle without too much of a problem.

We were only in Lublin a brief time, but our stay at the Hotel Mercure Lublin Centrum was very pleasant. It's location is convenient as we were able to walk to the Old Town and other sights we had planned to see. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. A good stay.

Good accomodation: clear room, nice personal, + parking, nearly centrum, prersence all wi-fi zone, good bath set, comfort bed, sufficient breakfast. Wishes: extended number of chanel TV - Ukrainian chanel, plz.

good and clean hotel, with a kindly and good english speaking stuff. But the room was to cold, and the heating system was on highest possbility. Also the electric power plugs, only one in floor was working. Then no possible to charge ore work with the computer on desk.
