Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to mention that our property is a combo hotel, hosting two brands – ibis and Novotel – within one building. Altogether, we offer a little over 500 rooms and operate as a conference hotel located right in the heart of the city. During periods of high occupancy or large events, the hotel may indeed feel a bit busy, which is a natural result of our central location and the scale of our operations.
