Все хорошо, кроме того, что нет возможности открыть окно, рекуперация работает плохо или не работает вовсе, можно поставить какую угодно температуру, но она будет не такой, как выбрали. Очень душно, некомфортно дышать и спать. Уборка, сервис в порядке

I truly appreciate your positive comments regarding cleanliness and the quality of service, and I am pleased to know that these aspects of your stay met your expectations. At the same time, I am very sorry to learn about the discomfort you experienced in relation to ventilation and temperature control in your room. Please be assured that all your remarks have been forwarded to our technical team for thorough verification. We sincerely hope that in the near future we will be able to fine-tune the settings of our air-conditioning and heating systems in such a way that they can be better adapted to the individual needs and preferences of all our Guests. With regard to the windows, I would like to kindly explain that, for safety reasons and to ensure optimal energy efficiency as well as consistent climate control throughout the building, our hotel is equipped with non-opening windows. The ventilation and fresh air supply are therefore provided through a centralized mechanical system designed to maintain proper air circulation and comfort in all rooms. I regret that on this occasion the system did not perform to the standard both you and we expect. Your comments are extremely valuable to us and help us identify areas that require improvement. I sincerely hope that despite these inconveniences, we will have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a much more comfortable and satisfying experience. Локация отеля отличная,рядом много остановок автобусных и трамвайных,рядом торговый центр, 7-10 мин ходьбы до старого города. Номер шикарный,большой с красивым видом. Жаль ,что в номере не открываются окна.
