This hotel is not new, but in good condition located walking distance from all main attractions of Szczecin. Rooms are clean, sufficiently equipped, with reasonable beds. The hotel pool and hot tub could be larger, as it can get very crowded. Continental breakfast was OK offering enough choices for everyone. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The underground garage had wide enough spaces for larger cars.

Very nice hotel and definitely kids friendly. The kids corner in the hotel is very relaxing not just for kids but also for the parents as kids can safely play there, while the parents have a cup of coffee. The breakfast has very good varieties for both kids and adults. The food at the restaurant also tastes very flavourful and delicious. The only issue is for dinner where the service at the restaurant is very slow and can get a bit tricky with kids. The staff overall is very polite and friendly..special mention to the breakfast buffet staff for being very considerate towards kids, offering additional hot chocolate for my 5 year old , making it easy for my 1 year old with special baby cutlery and being very fast with clearing the mess my baby made, is worth mentioning. Thanks Maja, Martyna, Gosia and Natalia, the wonderful staff during the morning buffet. A big thumbs up to the hotel and staff.

Good location, but if you have windows from the street site, could be little noisy. Quite easy to find the parking place on the side Square nearby. The rooms and corridors are dark and not cozy. The furniture is basic and bit tired. The essential problem was with Easter breakfast. Not enough room, under-staffed and permanent problem with coffee makers. Definitely unsatisfied with our family spring holiday.

The setting is very cozy and the atmosphere was relaxing which was the one I needed so 10/10 for that and the waitress (Kinga) was very kind and gave some good recommendations for drinks and food so I would highly recommend this place to my friends.
