Sono spiacente che il servizio e la prestazione non siano stati all’altezza delle sue aspettative e la prego di accettare le nostre più sincere scuse. Whether Expo Zone is not a tourist zone, I have chosen it because of ibis hotel which I knew is an economic and comfortable stay! And as I thought I was not disappointed, however I paid a little for an early check inn and however the Window of my room was too dirty. But the staff was friendly, the zone was safe, the access to bus was easy there is an Oxxo near the hotel and a pizzeria down, next door! The bed was really comfortable, the air conditioner was working well and the water was hot enough What do one ask in an economic stay? I love the idea of Spotify Playlist they offered on the card key holder! I’m still listening to it constantly however I’ve left Guadalajara! Tnx to management team and please do something for dirty dusty windows. Cheers!

I have been using IBIS in almost all my trips but this one was unique. I know the quality and price are the best IBIS has but in this occasion the customer service from Front Desk, waiter and house keeping was unique. Very professional. I need to mention the excellent assistance we rteceived from Jesus Ortiz waiter and room service. Very polite, professional and helpful. His English is VERY good. He deserves to be in Front Desk. Congratulations... You have a excellent TEAM Rafael Saldivar

This was a really funny hotel experience for me. I arrived with a number of friends and the front desk just checked my reservation, took a credit card for incidentals and turned their cheek to the number of people I had in the room. I really really appreciated that. Trust is a helpful part of any transaction and the front desk seemed to not be interested in making it more difficult for us to just bed down and call it a night. I would absolutely come back because the location was great and very affordable, walking distance or a short drive to some cheap and tasty bar districts. Thanks Ibis!

La cosa più bella dell'Hotel è certamente la hall, molto carina, per il resto, la stanza come detto è nella media, abbastanza grande con scrivania, bagno pulito e con una bella doccia. La colazione non è particolarmente variegata, sono rimasto anche una sera per cena e devo dire che non c'era una gran scelta, ma d'altronde ero in Messico, non certo in Italia. Qualche problema col WiFi che un paio di sere non era disponibile, per qualche problema tecnico a quanto mi hanno detto. Non essendo mai stato in Messico, non ho termini di paragone, in ogni caso non è certo una soluzione sgradita.
