checked in at Novotel Suites Paris Stade de France on Thursday, paying €57 for parking, expecting a secure and convenient space. I wasn’t informed that parking might be overfilled. When I returned today, I found no space and was told by reception to “park outside” and “speak to someone tomorrow.” No apology, no solution. Absolutely unacceptable, especially traveling with a 2-year-old. So disappointed and completely unprofessional.

Very nice stay, neighbourhood is quiet and safe . nice hala shops for food and near to shopping centres.Staff are very nice and friendly, the buffet for breakfast is so delicious and well kept. Rooms are clean and spacious. Near to the airport ……..Would go back again.

If you are attending a concert at Stade de France and need a place to stay in the area, this is the hotel you should be at. My experience at this hotel was wonderful both times I stayed here, and it was mainly because of the staff. I came here in June 2023 to see Mylene Farmer in concert. I had booked two nights at the hotel since she was scheduled to play two shows. Whenever a concert is held at Stade de France, the hotel celebrates the occasion. The staff will usually wear shirts related to the artist or band, and they'll have photos of them placed in the hotel's lobby. The staff goes out of their way to welcome guests and get them in the mood for the concert event. Unfortunately, this particular occasion ended in sadness because 5 hours before the concert, the city cancelled both shows that were scheduled for Friday and Saturday. Fans such as myself were left devastated and heartbroken. While many fans checked out of the hotel that Friday evening, I decided to stay. The hotel's staff members were very comforting to fans who came to see Mylene as many had invested so much to see her at the stadium that weekend. When Mylene announced that the cancelled shows would be postponed to September 2024, I decided to reserve two nights at the hotel again for the following year during the weekend of the concerts. Finally, the first day of the concert arrived after waiting a year and three months (in addition to the prior two years of waiting since the tour was originally announced). I arrived at Novotel Suites around 2PM. I saw an employee I recognized from the previous year when I was at the hotel at the counter. When I walked up to the counter, before I could even say anything, he greeted me by name! My jaw literally dropped! This employee, by the name of Adrian, remembered me from last year. His colleague, Emmanuel, came over to greet me as Adrian finished getting me checked in. Emmanuel also remembered me from last year! When I got up to my room, there was a welcome note addressed to me personally, thanking me for returning to the hotel and wishing a fun time at the Mylene Farmer concerts. I was also given a complimentary bottle of champagne, a small box containing body wash and body lotion, and some pictures of Mylene. Apparently, many fans returned to the hotel for the concerts and the hotel went above and beyond to welcome them back. Words still cannot describe how touched I was that the hotel did this. This time, the concerts went on as scheduled and I was able to leave on a good note. A street is between the hotel and the stadium. You can literally hear the artist or band rehearse during the soundcheck. After a concert is finished, there will usually be vendors selling food and playing music on the street. If you are in a party mood, you can join others as they celebrate! There are some good food options nearby if you want to eat lunch or dinner. I highly recommend you book the option that includes the breakfast buffet at the hotel. If I ever want to see a show at Stade de France, I will be booking this hotel again. I really love this hotel (breakfast was epic), extremely friendly and helpful stuff, especially I loved lady at the reception, her name was Anna I think. Had a one night stay in a family room. Very friendly and efficient check in. Staff all very helpful. Room was of a decent size with good features such as fridge, microwave, separate bathtub / shower / toilet. Good sized table to dine. Team members had made a genuine effort to make us feel welcome, personalised birthday posters on the walls was a very nice touch. Early check in no problem, extended late checkout for no charge was greatly appreciated. Location of hotel was adjacent to Stade de France. No issues getting Uber to central Paris.Numerous food places dotted around all within walking distance. Had a very pleasant stay which was made even better by the staff. Thank you.
