An excelent hotel and also the personal is exceptional. Our help at the breakfast, Lady Olga was very nice. The room is very clean and very large, the hotel is close from bus and Lidl.

The hotel is in a great location with a huge parking lot, just what we were looking for. The rooms are extremely clean, although the furniture is quite old and needs to be renovated. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast is standard with a coffee machine that makes amazing espresso - after all, we are in Italy, right?

Worst hotel experience.

This is the worst hotel stay I've experienced in my entire life so far. First of all, the rooms are poorly maintained. I arrived in the afternoon and decided to have a cup of coffee from the little beverage station in the room. I used the creamer which didn't change the coffee I had. The coffee remained black and at the bottom was a slimy blob stuck. Before I forget, the water in the room wasn't replaced and so I had to go to the Lidl store to buy water for the rest of the days I was there. Additionally, my room wasn't cleaned despite putting out the door tag request for house keeping. Remember the cup of coffee that was had a slimy blob of creamer? That cup stayed next to the beverage station until I left! I cut my stay after 3.5 days and I kid you not, that cup was still there! There was plenty of lint allover the room and again, this was despite the request for the room to be made up. I thought maybe it was just a one off but I left a little piece of grape branch on the bed side table and it was there. Don't even get me started on the breakfast buffet. Recycled food especially the fruits. Pastries could be understandable but fruit and eggs? That's just a recipe for disaster! You're better off eating outside of the hotel. The lifts take long to get your designated floor and there's a delay in them opening up. Lastly, the staff were very cold, rude and unfriendly. It was only when I mentioned that I was an ALL Accor member that my request for late check out was granted. Overall, a nasty experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book with them.

公共区域很少的,因为我们是2家人,一共6个人,包括了3个儿童。需要公共区域给他们吃点东西和玩一下。但是酒店里面这个区域还是太少了。吧台也不能食用外带食品,有一些遗憾。

We’re glad you found the atmosphere of our hotel pleasant, and we’re truly sorry to hear that the location and availability of common areas did not fully meet your expectations. Our property is strategically located, especially for guests traveling by car, but we understand it may be less convenient on foot. For this reason, we always recommend the bus lines that easily connect the hotel to both Mestre and Venice city center. As for external food, our bar policy doesn’t allow it, but our team is always happy to find alternative solutions to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
