DO NOT BOOK. After 2 hours trying to warm up the room, and 1 hour waiting for a person from the hotel to solve the case, we asked to change the room. Very impolite staff answered that our room was the 'warm one'. Such people are sot suitable for the level this hotel is supposed to be. On close inspection, the 'hole' spitting warm air is good only for cold air-condition, as the direction of the flow is up only. As a result, we would have slept fine up near the ceiling! Unfortunately we could not fly, the direction of the fan couldn't be changed (there is only one), and that is that! Good luck with taking a shower...which by the way, is broken.

Excellent stay in a lovely hotel, clean rooms, excellent selection at breakfast, lovely staff and the comfiest bed I’ve slept in in a long time! Really thankful to the hotel for arranging interconnecting rooms for our family which made life much easier. Downside is that it’s a bit of a walk to the bus stop to get into Venice, which wasn’t so bad on the way there, but exhausting after a day walking around the city, but can’t be helped! Recommend the breakfast focaccia!

Stayed for a night before our cruise. Warm welcome from the staff and the room was lovely. Pool area was beautiful. Had a drink at the bar which was also lovely and dinner at the restaurant at the hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Located about 2km from the Venice train station made for a convenient stay. Thank you.

Very nice hotel at a good price considering the location. We had a good nights sleep and I'd happily go back! Only downside was the bathroom felt a little out dated. But still a good hotel! We didn't have a chance to try the Pool as it was fully packed on the day we got there..
