I think overall it was a good stay, I don't really have anything major to complain. However, I do think that the hotel is due for renovation. Our room also had a slight smell but we opened the window overnight and it's gone. WiFi also had some connection issue but the receptionist gave us a coupon and no problem ever since.

Good location clean, reasonably priced with an OK Location. Nice staff, good breakfast, clean facilities. Close to the city center. On site parking. I would stay there again if I had to go to Turin again.

Excellent location - the main road 100m away becomes the A4 200m in one direction, making the hotel very easy to get to, and the other way is the main road from the north to the centre, with frequent trams. Rooms are clean and sizeable, and the staff are competent and helpful. Our A/C didn't work when we arrived (and it was 37C, during the heatwave) but when we got back from visiting the centre it was fixed and the room was cool. The bed was excellent. Not so good points were the total lack of any English channels on the TV (most Ibis hotels have BBC News & Nat Geo), the mediocre breakfast, and the bathroom looking tired (chips out of the enamel etc). But we still regarded it as a good choice.

Friendly staff, but the rooms - buiding requires a full renovation. This was a second time having a room, which climate control doesn't work at all and the only way of cooling down the room was to sleep window open. Downside of traffic noice and plenty of small flies inside.

The food is poor quality with a limited menu option and not always served what you ordered. Drink prices are high with little selection. The room was okay, clean and bed comfortable, BUT the bathroom was terrible. Plastic, cheap and the sealant around the bath looked as though a child had installed! a bit of a let down considering the website photo's and will look for another hotel next time. Will only stay again if no rooms available elsewhere - One massive plus, was the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed with my family in the Novotel Torino and the bad luck was that at the same time they accommodated Napoli football team. This means that you are automatically becoming a second cat guest.The breakfast was served in the bar as the proper breakfast area was closed for Napoli FC. What remained for regular guests - no cereals, no toasts, a little piece of bread some plate with ham and luckily coffee machine. Shame for the network what I usually chose because of a very good breakfast.

We chose this hotel because it was an overnight stay so didn’t matter where we were! This is in an Iindustrial area very odd area. No idea how far the centre was, probably about 5 miles. We were warmly greeted and the food was lovely in their restaurant. There were very strange pillows on the bed and good double glazing!

Good value but not so good coordination

Overall the hotels gives a good value for your penny. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and in average the hotel looks good and pretty. BE AWARE: the hotel is far from the city (took me 20 min to get to the center by car), and the swimming pool is way smaller than what you see in the pics. However I had some issues with the low coordination between the reception of the hotel and the AccorHotels customer service people. Since I found a better offer online that the one offered by the Accor Hotels app I got reimbursed the difference by the program

This was a great hotel for getting into the old part of Turin a taxi cost 16 Euro. The pool was great for the kids and for cooling off in after a long day at the Juventus Stadium. The breakfast was very good standard and went on till 9.30. The pool didn’t open till 11 so no early swim before hand. The hotel is also near the Torino outlet village which was worth a visit if you have deep pockets! I would stay here again rooms and bathroom were very clean and staff were very friendly!

Clean room, good bed. Elevators not working properly (1 of the 2 was out of service) Breakfast OK, but not to the Novotel standard I am used to have in other Novotels. Swimming pool, but very small (less than 10m long, only 5-6 m wide). Barely useful to swim.

Extremely Hot and sometimes noisy

The hotel hallways were very hot but this does not compare to the heat in the room, it was extremely hot, we had to open the window and leave it open all night as the rooms do not have airconditioning in them. The girl on the front desk in the evening when we arrived was not very friendly and almost sneery, this may just be because we are British and we have had a lot of this since Brexit (although obviously being people that work across Europe continually we did not vote for Brexit, we voted to remain part of the European Union but it seems like we have all been tarred with the Brexit brush) The young man on reception in the morning 6am was very nice and helpful. The room was a good size, was great to have a kettle and the TV was fine, however the shower was not good, just a hose to hang off the wall which shot the water out at a very awkward angle and it leaked from a crack in the hose. Parking is good, underground or overground. We did not use any of the other facilities so I can not comment on them. There was a lot of noise during the night which would have probably been ok if we hadn't had to have had the window open! The room itself was well soundproofed and we did not here anything from above, below or sides.

Hotel was good our room seem to be bit old and needed to be refurnished. also the furniture s were a bit out of place . Breakfast was the usual novotel standards and had a good spread. Overall the stay was good.

I opted for the online check-in which was emailed to me a few days before my stay, assuming this would help - whereas it didn't. Rather than speeding things up, as I had hoped (expected!), considering I was arriving at 1am and leaving again at 7am, it turned into a huge mess. I still had to go to the check-in desk upon arrival and, rather than being given my room key immediately, which is what I thought the online check-in was all about, it took the staff member at least 5 minutes to deal with the check-in, demanding my passport to take a photocopy and then asking how I wanted to pay the city tax, and telling me that it was easy to take off my registered credit card. I just wanted to sleep so accepted this. The room was large and the bed was comfortable, so no complaints there, but a day after, I received a debit on my credit card not just for the city tax, but an additional €35!! There was no explanation - I didn't touch the minibar (if there even was one?) and did not order any extras, so I am still trying to find out why they took this money without my authorisation (received one reply to email, but still no solution or explanation). The hotel is fine if you have a car, but the service needs improving given this experience.
