We are genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and, above all, that you felt uncomfortable and concerned about the surroundings of the hotel. We fully understand how important it is for our guests to feel comfortable and at ease not only inside the hotel, but also when moving around the surrounding area. We therefore take your comments seriously and regret that your personal perception of the neighborhood was so negative. However, we would like to respectfully clarify that the hotel’s location and the characteristics of the surrounding neighborhood are objective factors that are beyond the hotel’s control. The property cannot alter the urban environment in which it is located, nor can it be held responsible for the general conditions of the area, the people present there, or the dynamics of the neighborhood. The hotel’s location is also clearly indicated in the information available prior to booking, allowing each guest to assess whether it is suitable for their individual needs. We are also sorry that the ongoing renovation works were not sufficiently clear to you at the time of booking. Transparency towards our guests is extremely important to us, and we will carefully review how this information is communicated to ensure that it is clearly available before arrival. Regarding your comments about the composition of the neighborhood, we would respectfully point out that the presence of people from different communities is not, in itself, an indication of the safety of an area. Nevertheless, we fully acknowledge your personal feeling of discomfort and regret that you experienced such concerns during your stay. Thank you once again for your feedback.
