Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie die gute Erreichbarkeit unseres Hotels sowie unseren überwachten Parkplatz besonders geschätzt haben. Wir wissen, wie wichtig ein sicherer und komfortabler Stellplatz für unsere Gäste ist, insbesondere bei einer Anreise mit dem Auto. Gleichzeitig bedauern wir, dass der Weg vom Parkplatz zur Rezeption aufgrund der laufenden Arbeiten etwas umständlicher war. Diese vorübergehenden Maßnahmen waren notwendig, um wichtige Wartungs- und Verbesserungsarbeiten an unserer Anlage durchzuführen und langfristig einen hohen Standard an Sicherheit, Funktionalität und Komfort zu gewährleisten. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. We are especially sorry for the vehicle break-in that occurred in our parking area. We fully understand how distressing and upsetting such an incident can be. Unfortunately, this was a criminal act that also affected other vehicles in the area. The incident was immediately reported to the local authorities, and we continue to cooperate closely with them while requesting increased surveillance and preventive measures. We also sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced in your rooms, particularly the malfunctioning safes and the water leaking from the bathroom ceiling. We are pleased that our maintenance team was able to intervene promptly and resolve the issue; however, we recognize that this did not prevent the inconvenience during your stay. Your comments have been shared with the relevant departments to reinforce our preventive maintenance procedures and further improve the quality of the experience we provide to our guests.
