レセプションの方は親切でとても感じが良かったです。 ただ、部屋は到着時に、鍵を渡されて、上にあがったのに清掃が終わってなく、清掃員からは外で待つように言われ、5分後部屋に入ると、部屋は臭いし、部屋の電源で、清掃員の携帯が充電されたまま、バスルームもあちこちに、自分の髪の毛ではない長さの、他の客のものがそのまま、シャワージェルは空っぽ。窓の縁もカビだらけで真っ黒、こんなにプロフェッショナルでない休業いは知らないし、部屋もIbisで泊まったことはありません。 シルバーメンバーで、ダブルで泊まって同伴者がいる場合、今まで2人分のウェルカムドリンクがもらえていたのに、ここブサンソンでは1人分しかもらえなかった、それも残念な理由の一つ。これでは、わざわざAccorグループを選ぶ理由がないかなと思う。

A great location. A quick walk over the bridge into town and the attractions. The hotel has underground parking 10€ a night. There is a bar and restaurant. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the head waiter was extremely helpful. The food was excellent and great value for money. We really enjoyed our time in the area .. beautiful and plenty to do.

This hotel is well situated. However the restaurant feels simple and breakfast was a bit plain for the price. Double room small and bed small. Got a ’ibis budget’ feeling about it. The car parking is an adventure as it is so narrow and not made for mid size or big size cars. At least not for someone parking in a casual manner

Right next to the centre of the city; Close to downtown & citadelle Friendly staff, none of our questiosn was too much; Every time a big smile. ;-) Early on arrival, room were ready and fast check-in. To enter the parking lot was not clear, had to call the hotel to verify.

To access the car park, you can get off directly at the "La City" car park without having to go through reception. Very well located next to the city centre and a tram stop with a convenient underground parking - a bit tight for large cars. Our room was of a good size, very clean and quiet. The staff was nice. We did not have breakfast because of the cost of it.
