great hotel. good location to wall around, main places are 5 to 10 min walk. tons of restaurants . near every important area . lobby and people on hotel amazing. rooms clean, convenient and comfortable. check in is a blast and food and drinks in the hotel are great quality, price in the upside in compared with cheap food and drinks in the area. hotel price is super good

Great hotel, clean rooms , we had a nice experience. The food was really good both breakfast and dinner, must try cheviche and quinoa soup, just perfect. I truly recommend this accommodation in Cusco, also is very close to the central plaza , about 8 min walking.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 3 nights. The location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the Colonial Cathedral. The breakfast was buffet style with a good selection. We were in a superior double room and had a massive, very comfortable bed. 2 bottles of complementary water are provided once. There is a filtered water dispenser on the ground floor, so we were able to fill our water bottles. It was a very clever machine, and there was a counter that showed how many plastic bottles had not been used. The laundry, as in most hotels was very expensive. There are 3 laundrettes right outside the hotel. Our laundry was ready in 4 hrs and most £11.

Cusco is the centre of the Inka civilisation, the Novotel is in the old town, within easy walking distance of the main square, a very comfortable, charming hotel with excellent staff. It’s a really good base for your visit to Cusco and as a stepping off point for Machu Pichu and the Sacred Valley, thoroughly recommended.

We had been hiking for 5 days and were so looking forward to A beautiful room and some luxury which this hotel says it is!! The lobby and restaurant are beautiful but the minute you get into the lifts and corridors for the rooms they are z2 or 3 star! We were horrified we were only staying one night but I had booked my daughter & boyfriend in for 2 nights! The staff were rude and unhelpful! Think twice about staying here!
