Picture perfect Hotel close to main plaza and other attractions - a safe location. Staff were super friendly and helpful with direction and other advice. Rooms were large with excellent bedding and well-appointed bathroom / free bottled water was supplied. Breakfast was fresh and well presented. A lovely hotel.

Mayara R. at breakfast was phenomenal. She was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to get us some tea to deal with the altitude. The hotel is centrally located, comfortable, and all the staff have been very nice.

My wife and I stayed for six nights and we were well treated by staff, and the rooms were very nice, notable for well equipped showers, We worked with a wonderful manager named Myra R who we fell in love with.

Good location and helpful staff but that's about it. The room shower doesn't work properly, limited facilities in the room they feel very dated and basic

They are extremely accommodating! Had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff is very nice and helpful. Mayara especially was super helpful during my stay. Would come back!
