Hotel staff are very pleasant, good breakfast and well soundproofed rooms. Quite basic but that’s to be expected and it’s good value. The surrounding streets are a bit grim looking but we didn’t have any problems while walking around and some lovely restaurants close by used by locals and tourists. Very close to the station but we didn’t have any noise from trains.

A very convenient hotel a stone's throw from the station. Such friendly and efficient staff - all of them, despite being rushed off their feet. The room was spacious enough, well equipped modern bathroom,comfortable bed, well sound-proofed room. I had the breakfast twice, plenty to eat. The area wasn't at all threatening, just a bit scruffy as all station areas are; there are several good restaurants around the corner on Piazza Garibaldi. The old town was easy to walk to, the metro was close and catching the train to various sites couldn't have been easier.

Overall this served the purpose of a night while waiting for a ferry to Ischia. Overall the hotel is clean, tidy and comfy enough. The small bar had a good limoncello spritz for €8. Room was fine, clean and balcony overlooking the railway. I didn't hear a peep from it. Good shower and wash. bed very hard but think that's an Italian thing. Would I stay here for a prolonged period? No. But for short stay this was fine. The area looks awful but felt ok. Staff friendly and quickly booked a taxi.

Was here for 6 days the staff are extremely friendly and helpful sadly I didn't go for breakfast ,but my friend is like any European breakfast,bedroom was clean and bright overlook the train track but do to the double glazed windows didn't hear much noise will I stay here again yes

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the Naples Garibaldi train station which was why we chose it. Unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty with hair and toenails in our bathroom and the beds were very uncomfortable and hard. Our room had a balcony which was a nice surprise, however, it was very noisy with the sound of cars, horns, ferries, trains, planes and trams coming from all sides.
