Always an enjoyable stay at a Mercure. Rooms and really nice and big and the bathroom is super clean and stylish. Good views of the town from the room too. Bar was nice and the whole downstairs area is open and light. I don’t have a bad word to say about this place, strongly recommend.

Clean, bright, fresh and modern hotel. Room spacious and comfortable. Staff welcoming and helpful. In particular Molly, who took time to make sure we had everything we needed. Good stopover point on way from Rotterdam to ski resorts. Troyes is a very pretty town with good restaurants.

Excellent stay for our family of four. Booked on the same day, we got a very competitive rate for a junior suite. The underground car park is an additional charge but very handy and right next to the Mercure and shared with other Accor hotels nearby. The interiors are sleek, comfortable and relaxing, from the luxurious reception, outside terrasse to the room itself in beige and white hues. Thick carpet and easy to move furniture, important to roll around before going back on a long journey in the car! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, everything you could wish for and more. Will definitely visit again next time we’re in Troyes.

Offered a nice room on the 4th floor, room was spacious but the bathroom was much too small, no room to manoeuvre! Comfortable bed somewhat spoilt by a plastic mattress protecter. A good breakfast with a fair choice of food. Supposed to have secure parking but this is the second occasion we have stayed fit the ‘gate’ has still not been fixed. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Our second visit to Troyes and our second stay at the Mercure. A one night stopover on our drive through France to the UK after a trip to Spain. The hotel carpark is easily accessible and had ample space on this visit and an earlier one in May. The hotel is modern and well appointed and our Privilege room was very comfortable with a small terrace overlooking the street. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the city centre is only a short walk away where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. As an Accor Silver points member I qualify for complimentary drink, in most Accor hotels this privilege has always been extended to my sweetheart Michelle - on this occasion there was only one drink per room permitted - a little bit disappointing but it didn’t diminish our overall satisfaction too much. Hope to visit again in 2025.
