Dear valued guest, We are truly sorry to hear that on your stay in our premises last April you woke up with bites on your legs. Rest assured that we follow very strict cleaning procedures and check all rooms prior to guest arrival. The room you were assigned on your visit is systematically being sold on a daily basis and we do not have any feedback or complaint by other guests for bites or anything else.
