I have lost count of how many times I’ve visited Beijing, but the service at this hotel truly stands out as the best among all the hotels I have stayed in. From the very first day of our stay, Ms. Hebe Huo, the front desk manager, has been incredibly attentive and thoughtful in assisting us. As an Accor Gold member, I can say that this has been the most satisfying experience I have ever had at any Accor hotel. Ms. Huo not only listened patiently to our needs but also went out of her way to arrange every convenience for us, including a complimentary upgrade in line with our membership benefits, which greatly enhanced our comfort. Her professionalism, dedication, and warm hospitality left a deep impression on us and made this hotel my top choice for future trips to Beijing. Once again, my sincere thanks to Ms. Huo and the entire front desk team for delivering such a high standard of remarkable service.

I have lost count of how many times I’ve visited Beijing, but I can confidently say that this hotel has provided the best service and hospitality among all the hotels I have stayed at. From the very first day of our stay, Ms. Hebe Huo at the front desk has been taking care of us. As an Accor Gold member, I can say that this has been the best experience I’ve ever had among all the Accor hotels I’ve visited. Ms. Huo has consistently offered us excellent service, doing her best to make our stay convenient and even arranging a complimentary upgrade according to my Accor benefits. This hotel will be my first choice whenever I come to Beijing in the future. I would also like to extend my thanks again to Ms. Huo and every member of the front desk team for their outstanding and impressive service.

- The hotel is pretty new and big - It is located within a walking distance from several malls and restaurant - The staff can speak English - The room is big and clean - The lobby area is extra large and a cafe for a cup of coffee and dessert - It is pretty quite here even in December

We had a great stay at the hotel with our baby. The staff were very helpful including the concierge Jav Luo who helped us pay our driver when our Ali Pay wasn’t working when we arrived.

Excellent Experience at the Novotel Peace Beijing

I came to Beijing with my family and we stayed at the Novotel Peace Beijing. The hotel location is excellent, downtown and close to numerous must visit sites like the Forbidden City. Public transport is very convenient, close to 2 metro stations Dengshikou station Line 5 and Jinyu Hutong station Line 8, both stations walkable from hotel within 5 minutes. Even though the interior of the hotel looks dated, it is well maintained and clean. We stayed at the Premier Floor and the staff of Executive Lounge are friendly, efficient and serve from their hearts. We are happy to meet Miss Wang Dong Qiong, Miss Hao Zi Jia, Mr Jia Dong Qi and Chef Su Man. Keep up the excellent service!
