This our second visit, for special celebrations, to this welcoming hotel. It is like walking into a big hug. Everything is to a high standard., with attention to every detail. The staff are so friendly and happy with nothing being too much trouble for them. We loved the M Beach area and restaurant. One of us enjoyed an exceptional experience at the Hamman followed by a first class body massage. The staff kindly acknowledged my birthday, presented me with a delicious cake and all gathered around to sing Happy Birthday. It was very special. Thank you to you all. This hotel surpasses all expectations in every department. It is good to see some improvements are ongoing. This hotel is in a perfect location . We hope to be back soon to enjoy more of your first class hospitality.

This hotel has class! We recently stayed here for two nights in a comfortable spacious room overlooking the beautiful pool. There were two delightful balconies off the room. The bed and furniture were comfortable and everything was very clean. They are currently renovating one half of the hotel promising beautiful updated rooms although we were very happy with our room. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming! As it was my birthday, they surprised me with a cake and Happy Birthday sung to me. It was so very thoughtful! A huge thank you to Nezha and her team Hasna, Fati and Said. They were all exceptionally kind. The location was perfect, right across from the beach. We highly recommend this hotel.

Make sure you have a room which gets the sun especially in October

Our room was cold unfortunately in October the sun did not reach our patio so we found the room cold. We ate one our evening meals across the road in their restaurant and the service was very slow in fact due to the mix up with our main course we only received our starter and desert No one from management came and apologised. The next night we ate buffet style in the main hotel restaurant with fresh barbecued sardines which was lovely. What a difference. Breakfast was self service.

Lovely staff , nice pool and private beach in front of the hotel. Good selection in the breakfast buffet. Cons the tv only seems to have a few channels working . The WiFi is horrible in our rm and by the pool. Room was a bit dated . Peeling paint in the shower

The service is the best I've ever received at any of the Le Medina Hotels. This is the first time my travel group and I have stayed here and I must say that the service was impeccable and unmatched in the hotel industry. The warmest reception greeting, from Nezha the front office manager and Loubra Boubrik, Hotel Manager was very attentive. The speedy check-in, the quick luggage delivery and it's sophisticated, modern ambiance makes a powerful first impression. The rooms are clean, airy and spacious. The beds and pillows are so wonderful and makes you feel like you've slept peacefully in a cloud. The amenities are completely furnished with the best products. Room Service, Housekeeping Staff and Laundry Service are responsive within seconds of your call. The food quality at the Restaurants is excellent and offers a wide variety of international selections. I'm happy to call Le Medina Hotel my home whenever I'm in Essaouira
