Good things Nice breakfast when they have enough guests Good beds and pillows Bad things Service time ends quite early Random water availability Light fixtures often not working Very poor or no wifi Very expensive for the level of service Entomological experiences everywhere Poor cleanliness Bathrooms are old, and water taps seldom work properly (shower can be steaming hot, molten metal, ice cubes)

Not bad hotel, Could be better if AC works

The hotel check in was swift, the family room was good and clean, the issue we had was the AC never worked as we expected, also as were in the ground floor we had to open the balcony door at night for cooler. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was clean, the beach is walking distance , Overall good realxing hotel.

23 years of loyalty and still the best place where to stay in El Jadida. As a professional golf teacher, I love to stay at Pullman Mazagan together with 5 to 6 groups of golfers as well as privately every year. It’s very convenient to be a few steps from the Driving Range, the beautiful 18 holes golf course and the beach. The quality of service, hospitality and gastronomy is exceptional. The staff from the reception throughout restaurants and bar are very friendly and attentive. Big thanks to the General manager Didier who is always there and taking very good care of the customers. Also many thanks to all the staff especially Khalil.
