“The Filthiest Stay of My Life: Why You Should Never Step Foot in Pullman”

We stayed at the so-called “presidential suite” at this garbage heap, and let me tell you, it was beyond revolting. From the moment we walked in, we were hit with a nauseating stench coming from the bathroom that lingered the entire stay. The place was filthy, poorly maintained, and downright insulting for the price we paid. And the management? Utterly useless and deceitful. They promised us a full refund after we complained about the horrific conditions, only to pull a complete 180 on the day we were leaving, deciding we weren’t getting a dime back. Their dishonesty was the cherry on top of an already disgusting experience. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel like the plague. We ended up spending more time at another hotel nearby just to escape this nightmare, and that place was leagues better. If you’re even considering staying at Pullman, think again—it’s a vacation-ruining hellhole. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

This is definitely not a five star hotel. No help with luggage at check-in. Corridors dark and dirty. Airco in room not working. Room with “sea view” = view onto house in front with heaps of rubbish on the roof. Personnel walking around without purpose. Bar cold and awful, full of cigarette smoke. Dinner even more awful. Golf unusable (greens being repaired). Avoid this hotel at all cost.

This is a wonderful hotel situated by the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit chaotic lots of staff but not a large selection of food. Room was great but as always these days at hotels attention to maintenance would be great. The little things matter. Would stay again.

My review will be a little bit long.. just in case but very HONEST. The agents were nice and friendly, they were so respectful. I have 2 kids and they never eat breakfast i had to ask in the Buffet if i could take with me something for my kids and they generously gave me a full plate. They were really nice whenever i ask for something i get my wish done. The hotel is really clean, the restaurant was clean too, the plates and everything was clean there. There was a waiter or a chef i guess his name was ABDENNEBI, he was really really nice and he was creating a beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant and he asked every morning how was the breakfast if everything‘s good if something is missing. (because we booked the breakfast with) I went to the gym, the materiel was clean and new, everything was clean and accessible like towels water cups whatever we need for sport. The coach there was super friendly and really helpful, i tried to burn some calories and i did it the wrong way, thank god the coach was there and helped me do my sport in the good way. He was respectful anf he gave me my private space but whenever he sees i do something wrong he came and correct it. Last but not least the nurse (i don‘t know her name) was super super super FRIENDLY, she was so lovely and she really took care of my toe „i had an injury in my toe and i had to change my bandage everyday, she was super friendly she cleaned with alcohol and changed my bandage with a smile, and she was really professional, i have to say her work was better than the clinic where i went before. Thank u Pullman for this beautiful experience. A point i wanted to share with the administration but i couldn’t, when we got there the first day my daughter was sitting on the couch and suddenly the leg of the couch broke and i called several times the reception to change the couch or do whatever to do to let my kid sleep on the couch but they heard me and said „daccord madame“ but unfortunately nothing was done. Thank u anyway Pullmann for the experience for the beautiful 3 days we spent.

Each ask or wish I had was just coming into life!!! I was treated with my family like a Queen. Breakfast was varied and delicious with multiple taste. The swimming pool was sufficiently fresh to accommodate cold/warm temperatures whereas the sea was too cold. Hotel has a beach access which is very well maintained and beautifully done for the customer.
