Mercure Meylan Parking facile, à l'extérieur, clôturé, malheureusement soumis à la pluie des excréments d'oiseaux. Réceptionniste gentille qui ne parle que l'anglais et le français mais si vite que je comprends peu. Ou peut-être que je deviens un peu sourd. Belle chambre propre et calme, avec réfrigérateur et bouilloire. Salle de bain avec douche mais pas baignoire. Lits confortables. Malheureusement, entre les draps et le matelas, il y a la sacrée couverture protectrice ennuyeuse de la cellophane. Le choix est: ou transpirer ou la retirer et refaire le lit. Le premier cours du dîner a servi après 35 minutes même si le seul serveur fait tout possible. Bons aliments. Nous avons mis une étoile de moins car comme d'habitude, on nous a facturés le petit déjeuner que nous n'avons pas pris et nous avons dû faire corriger le compte. Nous devons être prudents: un défaut commun dans la chaîne d'accor.

Très bon hôtel .Chambre de bonne taille et bien insonorisée. Literie confortable et propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner excellent Hôtel très calme bien que situé à proximité des routes. Parking privé et sécurisé. Réceptionniste sympathique et serviable. Bon rapport qualité-prix

Cet ancien Mercure propose des prestations de très bon niveau. Accueil parfait, restauration très bonne . Les chambres sont petites mais bien agencées et très confortables. Une halte pratique avant de partir pour les stations . Un très bon rapport qualité prix .

Venue pour un déjeuner de rentrée avec nos équipes nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le personnel a été très charmant et nous nous sommes véritablement régalé. Nous vous recommandons les ravioles à la truffe, tout simplement excellentes. Nous reviendrons.

The hotel is in a ok place a little far out from Grenoble and from the outside it doesn’t look that good.It also has a “secure” car park,trouble is when the barrier is operated to seal off the parking area we noticed an unlocked gate at the other end of the car park.However it is of 4 star standard,once past the sliding entrance doors you are greeted by a good reception area.It says that you can check in at midday,we arrived at 12:15 and told the room was not ready.We waited about half an hour.We we’re allocated our room and it was of a really good room of a high standard,clean ,modern,well equipped.We asked the lady receptionist about getting into Grenoble,we noticed there was a bus stop about 50mtrs away,but she was not that helpful,generally she was not very accommodating.We visited Grenoble using that bus service C1,which cost 1.80 euros per person each way.We paid cash.This is not the experience we were used to at previous Mercure Hotels,in particular the one in Bourge the staff were amazing.Also the restaurant was closed the night we stayed which they did notify us about a week prior.So we decided on the ravioli,which was ok that we ate in the bar area.The other evening receptionist a young gentleman,was more helpful. So I didn’t give 5 stars because of the inconsistency of the staff the location and outside appearance.
