The rudest staff I have ever encountered, a hotel that doesn’t know the meaning of the word hospitality. No guest service, not enough equipment and they even ran out of beer and closed the bar at 10pm. Asking for water was a huge inconvenience! Food was terrible, poorly cooked and cold. A complete joke!

As the person in charge of quality in this hotel, it is with particular attention that I read your comment. I was sincerely sorry to learn that your last experience in our hotel did not live up to your expectations. I want you to know that customer satisfaction is our top priority, so I apologise for the inconvenience. Rest assured that your comments will be taken very seriously and will enable us to improve even further. From September 2024, our hotel will be undergoing a complete makeover! Great wee one nighter in here in the lovely city of Grenoble. The hotels just out of the centre and we found it easily accessible via public transport. The hotel team were all very pleasant and welcoming. We didn't eat in the hotel but we used the spa area which was very nice. If I'm back in Grenoble I'd stay here again.

The hotel is located outside of the old centre and there is plenty of parking (outside). We were checked in well and our room had a view of the valley. Large bed, table and 2 chairs, working aircon. Fairly comfortable but bland. Bathroom had a a rain shower head and another (focussed against the wall tho). Toilet was in the bathroom. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the old town so ok.

It is a good hotel, the location is more or less normal. I liked the food and service, and the friendly staff. Unfortunately, I had to change the room key every day and sometimes twice a day which caused me discomfort but then as I was explained I had the card and phone in one pocket which made it no longer work

I stayed in this hotel and enjoyed the facilities very quiet , Nice location and breakfast ….. We loved the enthusiastic of the staff specially the housekeeping Lady her name is AICHA. Was super excellent very friendly and helpful .. will stay again and again in this place
