This hotel has beautiful rooms, a very cozy pool and sauna. A modest breakfast, but special thanks for the Ronnefeldt tea. I am a tea connoisseur and I know the cost and quality of Ronnefeldt tea very well. There was a very inexperienced employee at the reception (unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but she had a beautiful henna painting on her hands). She didn't understand any of the issues at all and created long queues at the reception. But fortunately, you have other great staff: Garabzyeyeva Maryna and Hevryk Vladyslav, who came to the rescue in time and left the most pleasant impression of the hotel in the end. I would like to thank them very much, as I did not have time to thank them personally. Very often the great work of humble employees goes unnoticed. That's why I decided to write to you to acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of Maryna and Vladislav. It is these employees who create a pleasant atmosphere and make it easier to return to the hotel. Thank you very much!

Good day, I spent my vacation in your hotel from 18 to 21.02.2025. On 18 and 19.02 the swimming pool was not available. You suggested a swimming pool in another hotel, unfortunately it was an uncomfortable situation for me. I booked your hotel precisely for this reason, so that after skiing I would not have to get dressed, get in the car and go to the swimming pool. In such a situation I would pay for another cheaper hotel and I would commute to the swimming pool in the area. In my opinion I should receive financial compensation for this situation.

Absolutely worst customer service with the most rude staff!

Our nightmare started right from the point of checking in. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude when we asked for check in she categorically denied it saying that rooms were still not ready. However, within a minute she allocated a room to other guest. We were checked in only when we raised this issue of racism. Similarly, we were denied in-room dining dinner during our stay stating that the kitchen was shut for at 9pm (we sought to order at 9.20pm). However, the in-room dining menu clearly mentioned that it was available till 10pm. And during this entire episode, the staff and the reception lady was extremely rude and disrespectful. This has been clearly the worst hospitality experience that we had and because of this, we are not going to renew our Accor Silver or higher tier membership. Would strongly urge the management that they take disciplinary actions against uncouth employees so that guests can have some degree of respect.

Currently staying here the building and lobby are lovely and staff greeted me warmly and were extremely kind. Sadly that’s where it stopped being 4 star in my opinion. The room I’m in is incredibly dated. My bed(s) have been made up as a double in the standards style of the region with two single covers. I’m glad they have as the single is a child size not a full size single. Beds fairly comfortable at first but not the best. Room clean. Decor very dated. Bathroom also very dated. light not working in the bathroom but reception quick to offer a repair (edit: day 3 still not repaired) But in the two rooms (standard double) i booked neither room has curtains that actually fit the window leaving a 10-12” gap. The food smells good but have to book. Breakfast good. Not convinced this is a 4 star room…. If you stay here don’t expect 4 star looks despite the so far 4 star service

Cons : 1/ located next to Partikenchen street where you can find beautifully painted buildings. 2/ beside a supermarket. 3/ there is ample parking on-site right in front of the hotel. 4/ Room is quiet and clean. 5/ Wifi is good. 6/ Service is friendly and helpful. Cons : 1/ Bed and pillows are too soft. Hotel provided 2 free additional pillows upon request. 2/ Hotel is old but meets the basic needs of a hotel. 3/ Breakfast place crowded due to limited space.
