Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the room you were allocated on your second night in Block 1. The issues you described, including the damaged carpet, broken toilet seat, and dirty kettle, are unacceptable and do not reflect the standards of comfort and maintenance we strive to provide. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams for immediate attention and corrective action. Regular inspections should identify and address such issues before rooms are occupied, and we regret that this was not the case during your stay.
