My wife and I went here for the Hammam . We had never done this before. It was fantastic. First a quick wash and steam then a scrub down with several types of oil rubbed on you each rinsed off before applying another. The scrub was a little harsh but satisfying at the same time. After this you are taken to a massage room and given a full body massage. I’ve had plenty massages in the states but never anything like this. Rafrica was the massage person for my wife and I . I highly recommend her she was very very good . Most relaxed I’ve been in a while after spending several days in the medinas of Fes and Merrakish it was welcomed. Mike Wilcoxson USA Texas

We ate here as well. Restaurant manager Ali and waiter Hilmi took care of our every desire. I had the traditional beef and carrots and my wife had steak encote with relais sauce. Both were delicious. Wonderful French atmosphere.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group. It was HORRIBLE. The place is dirty and you felt like you needed to wear shoes everywhere in the room because the carpet was so yuck. And... STAY AWAY FROM THE HAMMAM!!! Every person from our group who went had one horror story after another. From being left alone during a massage for 20 minutes and still being charged for it to sitting face down on a slab covered with someone else's hair and dead skin to being put in a robe the person before her had worn it was just BAD BAD BAD. With so many other choices in the area, you dan find something much nicer for the same price! On a positive note- the breakfast is good!

The Le Diwan is located near downtown. I stayed here as part of a package tour. The hotel is starting to show a bit of wear, but it is still in very good condition. My room was excellent and everything worked as it should. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. I enjoyed my stay.

The welcome from ALL staff has been fantastic. Good breakfast and superb restaurant on site,very informative and attentive. The room is clean and comfortable, cleaned daily to a high standard. We can throughly recommend the spa, just ask for Rafika, trust me she will make you feel like you are reborn. 😁. The concierge is kind, helpful and will go out of his way to help and advise. All staff appear to have an understanding of 3 languages. Not a bad word to say on this review and I have given some mediocre ones. RECOMMENDED. 👍👍👍👍👍
