Every time, it looks like I am home!!, the service is excellent and the people are very warm and kind. The location is very close to the tramway, medina, restaurents, mesum, downtown, train station etc...

special thanks to the hotel manager Mr Idriss. The staff was helpfull. Very good location. A delicious breakfast. Would be nice in the future to renovate windows and have noise insulation from streets outside (double vitrage).

This hotel looks great from outside, but could use an upgrade of the rooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff, though the room cleaning staff should speak better French, rather than almost exclusively Darija! Restaurant was enjoyable with a good selection for lunch and dinner. The breakfast options fell short of my expectations and staff in the breakfast restaurant could be friendlier.

Very convenient hotel for few days business trip. Very helpful staff! Restaurant offers very nice French/Moroccan food with good selection. Parking area could be a bit bigger and its difficult to drive in directly from roundabout.

Nice staff, good service, comfort sleep, good breakfast, but antic furniture and strong volatile detergent smell in room. Coffee Machine available and good, mini bar OK, Hammam in SPA is very good., Parking is difficult, but if you stop around in vision to staff, they will bring your car to parking and leave your key at reception.

A minha estadia foi agradável. Desde a recepção proporcionada pelos recepcionista e trabalhados no geral, quartos confortáveis e com manutenção diária devidamente bem assistida, optimo trabalho de cozinha co refeições magnificas etc. É um hotel de referência e digno de ser indicado para estadia. Hotel agradável, muito bem situado e com funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. Contudo, do meu quarto, no 1º piso, ouvia-se algum ruído de máquinas a funcionar que se revelava incómodo à hora de adormecer...

Close Minded, Worst Customer Service Ive experienced to date - and I am old and travel 75% of the time

Ill make this quick and easy - I cancelled my entire stay for the family after 6 hours in the hotel. The only reason they had 6 hours of my time was to allow my children to sleep after traveling 24 hours non-stop. I have never experienced or seen worse customer service any where in the world. I have only read comments and said that cant be true - it is. The night shift manager and staff categorized my younger wife as my personal escort, who travelled with my 1 year old and 3 year old sons. Because she is a proud Morocco citizen, who decided to show her moroccan passport versus her US credentials, she was immediately categorized and treated wrong before I knew what was happening. After questioning my marriage, and showing passports, visas, green cards, documents with her name from usa etc. I had to sit in the lobby and have my USA marriage certificate sent to allow her into my room. When other couples entered this hotel, from Europe, USA, and local, no questions were asked about their passports or marriage certificate - when confronted - my wife was told that its because they are from Europe and rules dont apply, only to moroccans. Staff members who spoke in private with my wife apologized and just stated that the night manager was stuck in his ways, could not think outside that box, and stated he was hard headed.. Upon my hasty cancellation, the hotel manager tried to apologize to my wife and attempted to keep the reservation with a free massage in the hotel - are you kidding me???? but defended his employees actions I will never stay at this hotel or like branded hotel in Morocco ever, nor allow my extended family to stay i have always used this hotel to stay when visiting with my family and never had this experience or be asked about certificates or passports. I ventured out and low and behold - there are much better hotels, in better shape, better rooms, impeccable customer service and half the costs.. Ask me and I will recommend better places. I could write a book - but again - don't waste your money here!

Pedi à chegada um quarto tranquilo nos pisos superiores, disseram-me que não havia outro...o Hotel estava cheio! Impossível dormir antes das 0h00m, devido ao barulho insuportável. Musica muito alta, arrastar de cadeiras, e de barulhos vários. A partir das 7h da manhã volta o barulho das cadeiras.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nighs which included an extra night because we really like the hotel and how they valued our business.The hotel is anout 15 min walk from Rabt ville train station or 10 Dirhàm taxi ride. The check in staff Maryem was lovely and she gave us a lovely room on High floor with view of Hassan Ii Tower.The room was small but comfortable .Everything was clean.Housekeeping did a great job everyday tidying and stocking our room .We were really impressed how they fold the bathrobe each day as if they were new robes.We also appreciated the welcome drink and macaroons in our room.Lobby, bar, breaskfast room and restaurant were all nice ,clean and comfortable.Staff in all these areas were lovely and helpful.Check out young man was also wonderful . He and the manager Oman made us felt they really care obout their guest .A big thank you to everyone in the hotel . WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY

Very nice service, rooms amazing!, close to everything and a few steps from the tram that take you everywhere on town. I will really commend this hotel. Breakfast is really nice and staff very professional and nice.

Very good , very clean hotel with a very good service , very close to downtown and with a very good restaurant "La Brasserie". It is very good value for money . Only breakfast could be better. but for the rest an excellent hotel to stay.

Hotel is close to station, and within walking distance from most of the historic sites. Close by is the excellent tram sysytem. Breakfast has plenty of choice, and good quality. Reception staff helpful. Close by are several restuarants near the station.

Dear Guest, Thank you for posting such a good comment that we’ve already shared with the team that you mentioned Le Diwan in located in the heart of the city within a walking distance of all atractions or points of interest. Which is reinforced du its close location bye the tram station just 50 meters from Hotel’s main entrance. As for the breakfast, it is very important for us that the traveller starts the day on ‘’ the good food’’ Our buffet features traditional dishes like our « Resat Al Qadi » witch become popular. But not only breakfast , at La Brasserie our Chef thierry vaissière has revisite some of the bestlocal recipes and has designed a menu where it meets the tradition of french parisian Brasseries. Hope we’ll have the pleasure to welcome you back again soon so you’ll discover other aspect of our experience Best Regards.
