Arrivés vers 13 h, accueil peu sympathique du responsable qui n'a fait aucun effort pour nous permettre de prendre la chambre car l'horaire était 14 h. Chambre petite, couette trop petite pour le lit, petit déjeuner moins bien qu'à d'autres Ibis Budget. Prix élevé, parmi les plus chers. La nuit précédente à Honfleur (centre ville) le prix était 25,00 € moins cher !

bonjour, comme indiqué sur les site réservataires ou à l'hôtel les chambre sont uniquement disponible à partir de 14h00 au distributeur de chambre a l'entré de l'hôtel, les établissements ibis budget sont libre de leur tarif.

The hotel is very easy to find from the road, with lots of parking available if travelling by car. It is located 15 - 20 minutes walk away from Fecamp (including the train station) and a stones throw from a local Aldi if you wish to buy sandwiches etc to eat. This was ideal for us because we do a lot of walking and we’re also planning a day out in Rouen. The hotel itself is very clean (as I have found with all Ibis hotels) and the staff were absolutely fantastic! My pigeon ‘French’ makes a great laugh at times but the staff were always very helpful and we had a great laugh with them. It is an Ibis budget, so it’s a very clean bed and clean toilet facilities with not much else - let’s face it, on holiday some people only use the hotel to sleep! The breakfast falls in line with all Ibis hotels, which is a variety of ‘continental’ breakfast - which was also spotlessly clean and immaculately laid out. For touring, this is a great place to stay and I would recommend it every time.

I cannot praise the manager and his wife highly enough. They went above and beyond to make mine and 3 colleagues stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed there for 15 nights. It is very clean and the rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels. We communicated via a translate app which was great as me and my work colleagues couldn’t speak a word of French . We had to start work earlier than the breakfast time so they opened 15 minutes earlier so we could at least get a coffee and cereal and if the fresh bread had been delivered ( which came fresh every day ) we also got that as well and nice cheese, ham and croissants. Whenever we needed anything they sorted it for us or at least helped us to get it sorted. Top class customer service

as a budget hotel the rooms are not that dissimilar from a prison cell, there is NO are to rest or sit down after a long day out, the shower /toilet comprises of a single unit, and when showering water cascades out the closed door under the nearest bed,. There were 3 of us sharing this small cramped room after day one, it was noticed that the bunk bed did not have clean sheets, unlike the other 2, on speaking with the manager, it seems that they do not change the sheets of this bed, as the room is only meant to be a double , (if that's the case why did we pay for 3 beds).the room had only 1 seat and that was in the shape of cube . plus it is supposed to be a non smoking establishment,yet guests were smoking in thier rooms and the smeel in the hall way was horrible I would certainly think twice about boking \t this htel in the future

bom hotel em uma localizacao razoavel. otima relacao custo beneficio. Os quartos sao simples mas corretos e não espere nenhum luxo. A decoração é a mesma em toda a rede. A internet wi-fi no quarto é gratis.
