I just wanted to say Khadija the girl at the front desk was very helpful to us. Also I have sèen a lot of mean and nasty reviews up here. We found the motel to be quite nice, and a great price $96 which is a bargain. Also I dont know what people expect, I think its good value for money. Regards the ASIO guy, Rob.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this establishment, and I hope that it does not reflect the standard of all Ibis Budget locations. The entire property is in dire need of renovation. My room, number 227, was plagued by a foul odor, a air conditioning unit that had dirty vents, and mold in the bathroom. The walls had peeling paint and unsightly stains. I was forced to turn off the air conditioning and open the small window to ventilate the room, using my own deodorant to mask the overwhelming smell that was making me feel unwell. For $95 per night, I expected a far better experience. I would have slept in my car, as an alternative but my car is too small for that. I strongly advise against staying here due to its subpar conditions, a full refund for the conditions would be strongly advised and appropriate for subpar service and room condition. I cannot wait to check out!

Khadija, the girl working after 5.00 here was extremely polite and helpful. She organised to get me a better room, with an air conditioner that worked better. She should be promoted to manager or at least het a pay raise. She saved the day, thanks Khadija. Regards Rob.

Last minute booking and need to be in a specific location at a set time left us with no choice but to book a cheap room in a cheap hotel. If it weren't for the very pleasant and helpful staff, I'd have called in the local council health inspectors. This property is an absolute dive: filthy, dirty, mold in shower recesses, dust "beds" throughout the room on any surface on which dust settles, and the vent in the bathroom was putrid. How do large hotel chains which sell franchises to businesses to operate under their name tolerate these appalling standards?

They made me pay for parking , The air con was a rottn old wall unit and had no heating function working. on the websit parking is mentioned but one isnt informed that it aint free. at a cost of $10 a night . After i complained I was given a $20 discount but I found it very irregular practice
