Excellente situation pour un stop « overnight », centre ville à 15 mn à pied. Stationnement gratuit fermé la nuit. Wifi de bon débit. En revanche, en réservant sur le site booking, nous n’avions pas lu toute la description de la chambre et certaines informations étaient manquantes : les douches et les toilettes sont partagées sur le palier. La chambre ne comprend pas de serviette de bain qui sont en vente (c’est la première fois que je vois ça dans un hôtel). L’accueil est sympathique. Bref, pour le prix (dérisoire si on compare à l’offre des hôtel à Dole), ça reste un choix avantageux.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre emplacement proche du centre-ville, le parking sécurisé gratuit ainsi que la qualité de notre connexion Wi-Fi. Concernant les sanitaires et les serviettes, en effet notre établissement propose certaines chambres avec douches et toilettes communes, mais nous disposons également de chambres avec sanitaires privatifs pour plus de confort. Les serviettes sont disponibles à l’achat sur place. Ces informations figurent dans le descriptif, mais nous comprenons que cela puisse surprendre et nous prenons bonne note de votre retour afin de les rendre encore plus visibles. Nous sommes heureux que l’accueil ait été à la hauteur de vos attentes et espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau lors d’un prochain passage à Dole. The room, toilets and showers were clean and tidy. Check in easy. Great for a driving stop over. Short drive or 20 min walk from the old town. Nice river, park and places to eat. Follow the ‘perched cat’ walking route around the old town to see the points of interest.

Too little for the money

Surprised to be told on arrival towels cost extra for Accor customers and to be asked for more money for breakfast and local taxes already paid. Latter waived after my protest. The secure car park wasn't - the gate was broken.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I assure you that the Parking is secure and the door was not broken, it was simply new and in the process of being installed. For breakfasts either they are included in the reservation or to be paid in addition on the spot. Tourist taxes are never paid in advance because they are due only in case of stay and payable at reception. Indeed, the brand has made the responsible and ecological choice by encouraging our customers to use their own towels and, if necessary, the customer can buy their towel for €3 on site. charged twice on website, dirty beds, zero customer care when complaining

After crashing several times during booking, their website charged me twice (which I only discovered when the bank statement came), then we stayed overnight en route to the alps, and didn't expect much as it is a cheap bed for a night. we got less than we expected as the bed was previously slept in and had another person's pubic hairs left in it. Tried to make a complaint via the Accor customer care site. eventually got a response saying they would forward the complaint to the hotel. No further response, so emailed again. They said they'd give the hotel 72 hours to respond. That was a month ago and now, after two further emails to Accor, I have heard nothing further... avoid this hotel specifically and hope you don't have to deal with their customer 'care' team
