We booked last minute at 2am while driving all night from the UK. We planned a stop to reach family and we had zero expectations. I have been reading some bad reviews while my husband's was driving, but I have learnt that people are often over complaining. I was right ! I would not book a holiday of more than 1 night there, but for the purpose it had it was: super clean, confortable bed, bunk bed for our son, my dog was more than welcome, as well. The car has parked in a fenced and protected car park. Don't worry, on Booking.com they say latest check in is at 22 but it can be later! Good breakfast and warm shower to wake us up. Ready for the next caffeine intake and off to Frejus tunnel. I would be back for one night stay. Thanks for keeping us safe and restoring 4 tired travellers.

Clean and efficient hotel with comfy beds. Good location for an overnight stay on your way from Northern Europe to Italy. Breakfast is decent and parking is plentiful. Hotel is right next to the motorway but a short bus ride into Dijon. Great place!

Suitable room at 3rd attempt

Arriving at 4pm last Saturday we were allocated a room on the second floor. It was immediately apparent the although the bed had been made, the floor needed sweeping and on checking the toilet cubicle, there was a used bath towel draped over the toilet and a small pool of damp urine on the floor. I took pictures and returned to the desk where, after seeing the photos and offering no reaction or sniff of an apology, we were merely allocated a second room. This second room reeked of tobacco smoke as soon as we opened the door so we returned once more, same indifference and a further room allocated which turned out to be the usual Ibis Budget standard we expect. Equally dismaying as the state of the first 2 rooms was the utter indifference of the member of staff. No apology, no reaction whatsoever. Had we not travelled 600km and had arrived earlier in the day, we would have walked off and found somewhere else. We usually give hotels a second chance but not this one.

Arrived late. Unable to get into room. The night porter had to wake another guest to open the shared door. Booked a triple room but was given a small double. The pillow case was dirty and my daughter had to use her sweatshirt as a pillow case. The room wasn’t very clean. We have often stayed at Ibis Budget hotels as we travel around France and they are usually OK, clean and comfortable budget accommodation. This was the worst we have stayed in.

I apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced, as the door problem was caused by your neighbour locking the partition door. As for the dirty or stained pillow, I am totally sorry, it is inadmissible, you should have informed us immediately, we would have changed it for you. I apologise once again! I hope that in the future you will give us a second chance. I look forward to seeing you again. Nicolas

Clean quietwarm room. However, we were woken a number of times through the night by fan noise from other rooms' toilets - so had a disturbed night. Reception was very crowded and social distancing not followed. The receptionist was protected by a screen but customers were not...... Not all wore masks. Snack food available on site but no restaurants within walking distance were available when we visited, despite what was published on the website. But is was cheap!!!
