De passage dans la région pour 2 nuits, j'ai eu là une très bonne surprise ! Personnel hyper accueillant et serviable , excellente literie, locaux propres et petit déjeuner très complet pour le prix demandé. Je recommande cette établissement +++

Dopo questo "hotel" ci sono i ponti della Loira. I campeggi sono messi meglio. Sporco, inospitale e puzzolente. Non ci sono gli asciugamani in camera, l'atmosfera è asfittica e i bagni in comune sono sporchi. Da evitare.

Mauvaise expérience. Ça sent le tabac dans l'hôtel et les chambres. Sanitaire pas propre. Heureusement personnel sympa.salle de petit-déjeuner pas adaptée au nombre de client. On peut y manger à 8 ou 10 personnes maximum, ce qui crée vite des embouteillages.

Nous sommes justement présents 24h/24 pour votre confort et sécurité. Notre espace petit-déjeuner nous permet d'accueillir bien plus de personnes lors de venues de groupes par exemple, ne vous en faîtes pas, nous avons plus d'un tour dans notre sac! Please be careful booking this hotel as a booking reference will not guarantee you a room or the agreed price! I know what to expect with a HotelF1 as we have stayed in a number over the years and they are always functional and clean. This hotel was no different and performed most of the functions adequately with the exception of having the WORST customer service in the world. Despite booking 6 months in advance for 5 families to stay during August, the hotel lost all of our bookings even though we had a confirmed booking and valid reference number. Despite ringing both Accor France and U.K., who both agreed that our reference number was valid, the hotel did not have enough rooms left and refused to accept the price we had booked in. Despite a lot of protests, including using a fluent French speaker to get across our frustrations, we spent two hours trying to organise the rooms, only to finally accept defeat and buy the remaining rooms at €25 above our booked asking price and booking in to another HotelF1 in Nantes for my family as this was the only option. Luckily we had arrived earlier than our friends and were able to sort it out ahead of their arrival, with young children, at midnight; I do not know how we would have coped with the stresses we did in the middle of the night. We were advised to lodge a complaint by Accor themselves on our return to the UK and I did this on 28 Aug 16 via the Accor website. I have hastened a number of times and have only received holding responses despite being approximately €50 out of pocket before I agree compensation for my time. Everyone has been very polite when I have spoken to them but they are supposedly waiting on a response from this hotel before coming back to me; with the quality of administration we witnessed, they are going to be waiting a long time and that is just making me angrier. I don't know what the next step is but if I can avoid someone else suffering the same fate as me then at least there will be one small positive.
